Bless their hearts. The restaurant was filthy, the floor had a disgusting, slippery film across it, the bench seat had a texture, and the backs on the wood chairs where the people grab them are black. The food was limited due to the fryer being down. From what I could gather, they're short staffed. A customer had to yell to the back to get someone to the front to take orders. I recommend people go elsewhere until they sort themselves out.

After waiting 10 minutes, being the only person in line, finally got to order. Didnt get a reciept. Waited another 12 minutes for someone to acknowledge me just so I could get a reciept. Get back to my food finally and its wrong. Back to waiting again. Another 10 minute wait to eat with the rest of my family. Oh wait, they are done.

I placed an order on the app so there wouldn’t be a long wait time, still waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru. I wasn’t going to leave without my food given the fact that I already paid for my food. I got to the window and the employee didn’t even acknowledge me until at least 3 minutes later when “my order” was ready and even then he gave me my bag and drink and closed the window, literally no words through the entire transaction. I was ordering for lunch the next day so I only ate my fries that night. I opened my order the next morning to pack lunch and it was wrong, cool because things happen.. I called to let them know what was wrong and got hung up on. I called back and was told that she was not going to fix my order or no refund would be issued bc she “was not the manager last night and I’m not messing up my count, call back at 3pm”. I came to the store and she looked just the way she sounded on the phone… yea.

This is a horrible Burger King. Disrespectful staff, cold food, and the wait is forever and a day . All of the employees have the worst attitudes ! They stand outside right by the drive thru order microphone smoking and screaming at each other while you are trying to give your order!

Me and another family member both ordered the new burger king bacon melt meal, we both had to wait a considerable amount of time. Then when we got our meal, they were unbelievably cold. I took them up to the counter, the manager said no problem, then when we got them back they were warm, but not toasted like the picture. So I took them back once again, this time the manager asked which one did we order?, I looked at him and said... What difference does it make. in the picture, they all look alike on the outside... I'm not a big fan of McDonalds, but this burger king in down town Suffolk could learn alot from McDonald's. I'll never go back there again.

Ordered on the app for dine in. Ordered a Big Fish sandwich, free small chicken sandwich added cheese for $0.30, large drink, and large Have-sies. Tell the app I arrived, went inside and used the restroom before sitting at a table to wait for my order (app says they will call out my name when ready). Wait over 10 minutes and was the only person in the dining room, before one of the employees finally asked if I have a mobile order. I answer yes and go to the counter and he hands me a cup for my drink. Fill my cup and wait another 10 minutes before someone else asks if I have the mobile order. I again answer and head to the counter to pick up my tray of food. Get back to my table and open the small chicken sandwich and it has no cheese so I go back and ask for the cheese I ordered. Get it and sit back down and eat. When I finished the chicken sandwich I was about to open the fish sandwich when I noticed it was long and not a round sandwich. Open the wrapper to find an Original Chicken Sandwich with bacon. I was going to complain but decided it wasn't worth waiting another 10 minutes for the correct one, plus I got a slightly more expensive sandwich this way. Seems so far all of the fast food places in Suffolk are manned by morons who have 2 speeds, slow and slower.

These employees are in dire need of training on how to be customer focused. There was only one of 4 employees who was actually doing a good job, and it was obvious to the customers waiting to receive their food.Also, the application is the worse in the industry.
