Spent over 30 minutes in the drive thru waiting for a mobile order that was placed about 10 minutes before we got there. Food was obviously cold and gross. Also, the drink was wrong. The shift working at 5:45 on July 1st 2025 did as poor a job as they possibly could have.

Whatever you do, do not go in this BK at lunch time, went inside today 7-1 around 1:20pm and it was.... Interesting. They closed and locked the doors for an unknown reason, nobody helped the customers in line and everyone just seemed miserable.

This is not fast food. A 30 minute drive through wait is a joke. You will get an order but its not grunted to be yours even if your the only one in the drive through. The employees here pride themselves on how painfully slow they can move. I mean it litterally has to be painful for the employees to work at that snail like pace. Burger King and or the franchise owner would drastically benefit from a shut down and training an entire new staff.
