This place was great, and drastically went down hill.

The past couple months, we haven't had a single order correct, they aren't keeping up with the freestyle machine in store, and the tables when we did eat in were dirty.

Trying to explain anything to the older man that works there is a struggle. You end up repeating yourself multiple times, and then he goes and does whatever he wants.
Example: him: Do you want ice in the cup? Me: No Him: brings back cup with ice.
(Mind you this is a shorter version. I said no multiple times, and I couldn't solve this myself because they refuse to keep up with the drink machine.)

My kid needed water, and I had to go in anyway because they left out part of themeal, AGAIN,

Never had a wrong order at this Burger King, sometimes the wait to order inside can be a little long, but it's worth it. The food is carefully prepared, no mistakes on special instructions, employees are meticulous and friendly. Customer for life!!

Although the service was good it was extremely hard to hear the lady at the drive-thru because the giggling in the background for the speaker I need to be more quiet inside the restaurant so people can hear. My two Whopper Juniors did not match the picture whatsoever literally a slither of onion didn't taste good because it was missing all the topics and the lettuce quality was not that great. This location charges $0.99 more for the $5 deal and you get maybe half that value when it comes to the quality of the food I recommend going to a actual local restaurant versus this location which is a franchise, the owner this restaurant should feel ashamed of themselves for allowing such food to be served and then showing a picture of something completely different.

Run far away from this restaurant The owners just don't care and corporation didn't care either because I used the word d a m n. If your employees are not going to do the job they sign the contract for, then don't hire them.

Your manager on duty is a horrible person with a lack of customer service skills and blames customers

Dining room always seems to be closed. Only the drive-thru is open. And it's extremely slow. Play my order weighted 15 minutes then I drove out of order instead

Returned for breakfast one morning - definite decline in service and food. Not one employee had a good attitude or smile. The bacon, egg, cheese croissant was abominable. Looks like this will be a BK closure soon.

I had came through drive thru this pass Tuesday at around 7:20 pm and I was told that they weren’t selling any milkshakes. The lady was very rude when she told me this and all I wanted was a cool treat on a hot day. This is unacceptable especially coming from a manager. I am very unsatisfied!
