Good Customer Service and the food is delicious

Our food come out rather quickly and was very hot. The Philly cheesesteak was good but I feel it could have had a bit more flavor.

The food is good, however the bone in wings can be a bit dry. If you come in I would definitely recommend the fruit lemonades and the fries, the fries are the best fast food fries I've ever tried. (Like seriously, the fries are amazing)

I should have know at how fast my food came out that it was not made to order nor would be good. Cold fries and a falling apart sub. They seem to be cutting cost by not filling up the sub the way it is supposed to be filled this is a new place and will not make it past 6 months if they keep this up. The people working there seem very nice but do not know what they are doing

I had placed an order on the website on January 31st around 6:30pm. My order was cancelled by the restaurant. I received an email stating they had cancelled the order and a voice message stating the same thing, no explanation on why it was cancelled. The voice message stated my money would be refunded within 7 to 10 business days. I never received the refund. I attempted to call the restaurant several times but no one ever answered the phone. I had attempted to contact corporate but they never got back to me. Today is February 24th, and I decided to just go to the restaurant and speak with someone face to face. I was informed that they do not process refunds from the restaurant and I should have contacted corporate on the matter. That was probably the most information I was able to get out of this whole situation. The manager and cashier seemed very apologetic and were concerned about making things right. Even after all the ridiculousness I went through, I was still appreciative of their efforts. Due to not being able to refund the money, the manager offered to remake the order instead. Although I would have preferred my money back, I just wanted to have this issue resolved and put behind me. Although, I will probably not do a delivery order again with Charley's, I will continue doing business with them. The service was satisfactory and the food is always delicious. I am grateful to the manager and cashier for their understanding and patience. Corporate definitely needs to work on being more responsive.

Cashier may appear to be listening. I paid 10.00 for a reg steak and it was made wrong. Tried calling store but no one answers. I was check #25 today and my sandwich is not eatable. I was on lunch and needed supplies at Walmart or I would not being sitting here with this food I can not eat. Don’t think I will be back. Just as I was excited Charlie’s was there and closer then a mall.

First time eating here at a Charley’s and to be honest I can’t believe I never tried them the Philly was excellent and so were the cheese fries Id definitely recommend this place

I hate to write reviews like this, but I want to tell customers how Charley's fooled everyone to hide the true prices of their meals; they are ripping everyone's pocket!
These are meals I ordered at the restaurant today. A combo meal - 1 regular soft drink, 1 large chicken Philly Sub, 1 original fries. On the board, it is $11.99. The charge came out as $11.99 + $2.49 for a drink = $14.40. They added $4.28 - they say the price of a combo. When I asked the lady, she said, oh, the total price is $16 + tax. That is very dishonest and deceptive. Another meal was a small stake and fries for $8.49 on the board. They said the combo price is $5.48. That means, the price of the meal was $13.97+tax.
After talking to them, it occurred to me that if they put $17.00 for a meal or $13.97 for a meal, no one would pay for such outrageous charge. So, they display the cost of a sub or chicken wings and add the cost of a combo to it at check out. You end up paying more than even a big meal in a big restaurant. This trick shows how Fastfood are playing with prices and deceiving customers. I encourage you people to ask them about their prices because what you see on the board is not what you are paying+ tax. They are extremely dishonest. If they display the real prices of their meals, no one would be eating there!

The food is excellent. Always fresh, nicely prepared and our order is always correct. Peter the manager is very kind and helpful. We come here often because the food is just that good. Customer Service is A1. Come give them a try you won’t be disappointed! - ——KG

Experience here was fantastic. The service was great... everyone is smiling and creating a great atmosphere. I will definitely recommend this location. The teriyaki chicken is awesome.

The district manager Peter has a spirit of Excellence. He greets my wife and I every time we come. The food is rocking and the service is excellent 👌.
