Today I encountered poor customer service at this location to say the least. It was the breakfast shift and the elderly lady who handed us(my wife and I) our food was very nasty and rude. After she asked us about our payment which we paid through the app she handed us our food, we checked it and noticed they left out a hash brown. Chick-fil-A certainly has perfected the fast food experience! They are organized and fast and that rare time a mistake is made, they are so awesome and fix it so quickly! Just had a kid's meal mistake, but we got home before we knew. They credited my account since I am not going back that way today!
Every other fast food place comes in behind Chick-fil-A. They are the best, hands down!
