The Chick-fil-A on main street in Suffolk always rocks! The food is always perfect and the customer service is probably the best of any restaurant I have ever visited. I have ordered for group events as well as going through the drive through a million times...always perfect and super efficient.

I'm gonna change my review because I have only had an issue here like three times and I come here alot. The only complaint I have is the fries have change, but they aren't bad.They just aren't as good as they used to be. The food is usually always hot and fresh, of course, like every other restaurant. You'll get the once in a while. Where the fries are a bit cold and soggy. Usually the employees are super nice, but again, like every other restaurant.You get that one or two employees who have an attitude and seem likes it's so much to do their job. This chic fil a is really good ! Update: The fries seem to be worse, the food is great ! The fries have a stale papery texture to them and we had them remade thinking it was just that day and it was the same way remade. I hope they change the fries back. Chicken is still for the win!

Today I encountered poor customer service at this location to say the least. It was the breakfast shift and the elderly lady who handed us(my wife and I) our food was very nasty and rude. After she asked us about our payment which we paid through the app she handed us our food, we checked it and noticed they left out a hash brown. She then insisted that the hash brown was at the bottom of our bag, we then had to dump our bag out to show her that it wasnât. After she handed us a hash brown I told her thank you and have a nice day, with her back turned to us she said âyea uh huhâ very rudely. This reflects poorly on this establishment that we frequent.
Iâve always loved Chick-fil-Aâs waffle friesâtheyâve been a highlight of every visit. But recently, I noticed something seems different, and not in a good way. The fries taste off, almost like the oil or preparation process has changed. They lack the crispy, fresh texture Iâve come to expect and now have a strange aftertaste that makes them unpleasant. Itâs disappointing because the fries used to be a go-to item for me. Chick-fil-A, if youâve made changes, please reconsiderâyour fries used to be perfect just the way they were!

Had a little hiccup with a refund, that took a few days to resolve, been having a lot of small issues with this location, but one of the managers Megan did an amazing job resolving the problem. For her to be so young she was very respectful, poised and showed concern for fixing the issue, kudos to her hope others can learn from her, top tier customer service!
