Order was placed for 2 combos both with large sweetened ice tea. The food was fine. However, I received the order and was given unsweetened tea. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes the first time and another 15 minutes the second time. I won't complain because I arrived at the peak time (5:20 pm). There were 4 employees taking orders, one additional giving receipts, and 2 walking the orders to the cars. As always, the food was excellent. Next time, I plan to check my order before leaving.

Worst customer service experience I have ever have in my life! This place took my money and never gave me my food! Bc their ‘computers crashed’…. Even though I called my bank in front of the manager and the bank told them the money was taken out! Had me wait an hour with hungry children and no food was ever given to me just money taken out of my account!!!!

What can I say...? It's been some time since I stumbled along this way, but boy was I not at all disappointed with my food choice. CHICK-FIL-A is by far my favorite cheats when eating fast food. And my stomach was smiling with every bite ?! My only question was, when did they start charging an extra $.50 to mix tea with a sugar free lemonade? That kinda gave me a surprise and then it didn't taste good.. SPLENDA should be banded, ( just my opinion of course) it gives headaches. Yet, I will return just NO MORE of that drink I paid extra for to get an headache with, LOL. I love CHICK-FIL-A ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
