Nasty Location! Went home to eat the burrito bowl & found a small bug crawling in it! I brung EVERYTHING back in the next day to get refund because I didn’t want to drive back there that night and the manager was only concerned if I had kept the chips so she wouldn’t have to refund me for those too. No apology or anything, even after I showed her the video I took of the bug! Avoid going here!

This is the worst chipotle you will ever go to. They will always be out of SOMETHING. Save yourself the frustration and go to another location. The management clearly doesn’t care, and it shows!

Where do I start? When I walked in every single person on the food line had an attitude. It’s not even mid day and everyone looked pissed off. Should’ve probably walked out then. I ordered a burrito and my man ordered a burrito bowl. I guess the employee didn’t know how to roll a burrito because she literally balled them up. Even the cashier shook her head when she saw it. What topped it off is that when we got home and tasted the food, it was so salty! We couldn’t even eat it. My man and I thought the experience would be better in person than delivery, but that was a lie. In person experience was just as bad as delivery. Guess the joke is on us because we keep giving Chipotle a chance. The service at most of Chipotles has gotten so bad. Please do better!

Who wants to beg to get what your paying for got about 7 chunks of chicken for the while bowl not worth it to go there. The staff don't care and act like you are bothering them when you walk in the door. The bathrooms were disgusting no soap just hand sanitizer smh.
My girlfriend ordered food not 2 mins ago and then i saw the reviews and im shocked People saying there's trash in the food the people are rude and snotty? I've never have heard of a particular location being so bad not to mention people say the MANAGER is no better then the employees on top of the fact the stuff is old??? Get a grip I've worked the restaurant industry but jeez step it up or something. Hope there's not a problem tonight no one likes to deal this.

Today was my first time trying Chipotle, and I think imma stay a Moes girl.. there was just mess everywhere the back was a mess, the dining room was a mess, that take out station was a disaster. It was just not clean in there at all, food all on the floor. The girl who was at the register acted like it was my fault she worked there asked for chips and a drink, and she just stood there, when I asked where I get the chips she flipped the bag on the counter then I said I ordered a fountain drink too, and she said oh I didnt hear you, so she had to ring me up for a $4 drink 😂 The food wasn’t terrible, and I can say I tried it but I’m definitely not going out the way for it again.

I went twice over the weekend thr 1st time the pico was sour/vinegar smelling. Thankfully I got it on the side.
I went again last night pico still sour, guac brown a liquidity. I asked if they had any more and I was told thats what came in today!! I thought it was made in house 😩. I also purchased a bag of chips which were STALE. How dare you change for chips and they are not fresh . MOES WOULD NEVER. They put a half of scoop of chicken and when I asked for more she said thats extra.
Needless to say I shant be back.

A little disappointed. Been wanting Chipotle and I come in and all the bins were either empty dried out or over cooked. I was going to leave but I drove all that way and I was hungry. It's almost 12 it's lunch time fill the bins... Employees smiles go along way. You make the experience for the customers if you aren't smiling they aren't going to be feeling to welcome the atmosphere for just so bland...
