Great flavors, expensive but yummy!!! Line always move slow but it's worth it! I love the reward program!! Sweet cream is my favorite and it's always in stock.

All I can say is you have a bunch of kids running a business and nothing gets done.
Apparently no training has been provided to these employees.
Everytime I go into this store OMG! It is nasty the cleanliness level let's just say if the health inspectors came in there would be an issue.
The counters they work on is nasty, nothing is ever cleaned including bathrooms, yesterday water all over the floor where customers walk and it smelled.
They never have anything prepped waffle cones are stale never have enough product for customers when you come in trust me if you don't have to go this location don't!!!
Oh! Let's not forget the sign out front is half lit.
I would say either get staff into this store to train and be more proficient or close it down because someone has failed here desperately.

Went in for icecream on veterans day, turned around and left near immediately, the whole place reeked of spoiled milk.

Overworked staff, long wait times, out of stock inventory, barely any tables to sit at inside. The management needs to seriously look into this store because the supply cannot meet the demand here. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re not willing to wait 10-20 minutes for an overpriced 800 calorie scoop of ice cream.

Went here for non-dairy option and it was crystallized. Absolutely horrible. The icecream in the display case is melting then refreezed. I will drive to Norfolk Coldstone from this point forward.

My fiancé and I took our niece and nephew for ice cream on 7/21 at this establishment NOT to mention we’re from out of town SOUTH CAROLINA. And we get there and environment was clean BUT there was no greeting or anything ok cool it’s understandable you may be tired but it’s part of the job when dealing with the public. So we go to order our ice cream ( yes they were almost closing BUT NOT THE POINT) they didn’t have cones we wanted nor bowls . I’m thinking to myself the customer should get what they want but it didn’t happened. Im assuming because they would have to clean the machine of the ( waffle maker). So the my nephew want vanilla ice cream which wasn’t out. And a nice lady did what she was supposed to do which was go to the back and get the ice cream she comes back with and get fuss out in front of us by the young man name Trey who decided to tell her to give my nephew something and mix with sweet cream without even asking him was that ok. Who does that being a team lead that’s not ok and will never go back there.

The place is a it if a dump, inside and outside. Not surprising, the whole shopping location has gone down hill. What does it take for the "manager" or whomever is in charge to make sure there's no trash on the floor inside the creamery or that the tables outside are clean on a consistent basis?

Worst service.. lady behind counter does not even know how to mix ice-cream..that's not all she had to put my med. Ice-cream cup in larger cup because ice-cream was very liquid. Dripping all around..never again..

This ColdStone is honestly the best in all the 7 cities. The wait is never long. They always have ingredients stocked and available. The customer service is amazing and it’s in a good location.

Coldstone, Suffolk location is on point! The customer service was exceptional. And ice cream… Delicious as always. This is definitely one of the better Coldstones in 757.
