Depends on what you order. Also not only check your bag but make sure it the way you ordered it. Shakes are great. BBQ is wack and not recommended. Nice staff unfortunately ya gotta check everything b4 you leave.

Whoever worked midnights are absolutely trash. I was the only customer in the drive thru and still Got my order wrong. the receipt is the correct and somehow got hot sauce missing on the burger and got pink lemonade in hand.
I just left cookout with my children. This is the first time I have been at cookout and I was very anxious to order. Miss Christina did a fantastic job. She is so warm and so loving and made me feel so comfortable. Despite my anxiousness she deserves a raise. She deserves to be a manager if she is not.

This is the second time at this location that this has happened. I was sitting at the speaker waiting to order, probably at least 2 minutes, when someone drove up to the speaker the room their order right away. Needless to say, I left. Customer service is almost nonexistent anymore.
