We just moved to the area and this is our second time at Crust and Cork. We’ve tried different pizzas each time and they’re fantastic. Love that Stone fired thin crust and the toppings are consistently well portioned and flavors are paired excellent. Service was excellent, even though we typically dine a little later than normal dinner hours. Brooke was our server and it was very personable and helped make it a great experience - again. Unless you have a huge appetite, you’ll need a box to take home the rest of your individual pizza. Any negatives? Well…Because this is inside of a hotel, we found parking a little bit difficult.

Great ambiance, great seating, quick service. Food and drinks were outstanding. Scallops caprese was amazing! I loved their seasonal margaritas “Pumpkin Casamigos Margaritas was fantastic! Today is a Saturday and the live band really brought the vibe! I will be coming back!! Don’t let the 1 stars during opening week deter you from checking it out!

Wanted to try this out as there aren't too many restaurants in south Suffolk. I wasn't sure where to access it but eventually realized you judt walk in through the hotel. I was able to find parking and get seated right away. The food was tasty. We ordered cheese bites, 4 cheese pizza, parm wings, and cacio e pepe and added chicken. The food tasted great. The wait for food took a really long time despite there being no wait to be seated. The pasta was very flavorful and the chicken was cooked perfectly and was juicy. The pizza tasted good but was too heavy so when trying to pick it up the toppings kept sliding off. The drinks were good from the bar and the atmosphere is nice. I know they are starting out. I would just recommend the place to try a different approach for service/food times. Luckily I had nothing to do after dinner today or I would have probably been late it took that long. The only other downside is that the portion size for the price of the pasta seemed minimal compared to other places. I usually have leftovers and did not here. Overall I think they have a lot of potential.

I come to Suffolk for work. I purposely stay 35 minutes away from my work site to stay at the Hilton just so I can eat at Crust and Cork. I go back home and I CRAVE their food. The white margarita is my favorite! Leslie and Eboni are seriously the nicest bartenders too. It’s such a friendly environment. They’ve perfected the place.. especially the pizza!!

I visited Crust & Cork and had the White Margarita pizza, the Limoncello Mascarpone Cake, and the Crust & Cork Lemonade T. The pizza was really good and the dessert even better. Everything was delicious and came out in a timely fashion. My server, Brooke was very friendly and responsive. She explained the menu and answered all questions I had. She was truly the best part of the experience. Afterwards I sat at the bar and the bartender, Jes(s), was kind and served quick. I witnessed her navigate an unpleasant customer with poise and professionalism. She made the best drinks and was very attentive to all customers. They were both attentive and provide the BEST service. The atmosphere was nice and it was in a great location. I’ll definitely go back there. 10/10

For an establishment that puts the word Wine in their description they severely need to upgrade the selection from 7-19 varietals. Had the Cacio e Peppe and it was just OK, not nearly enough pepper. They offer the Sunday ticket starting at 1pm for football on Sunday's which is a huge plus for me, BUT NO food, not even the Bar Menu until 3pm????? That is just poor management. On a plus, Jessica the bartender is fantastic.
Edit: So ordered food once available on Football Sunday. She Crab soup special was spot on good and loaded with real crab. Ordered the Fritto Mistto next and it arrived with Marinara instead of the Calabrian Chile Oil as advertised because they were out of it . I can't eat tomatoes so between the bartender and kitchen they made up a really tasty honey mustard cream remolaud. Props for that and the calamari and shrimp were perfectly flash friesd. Fix the wine list, serve food during the hours you should be, and stop running out of stuff and you will be fine

We were really excited to try this restaurant. Website and google said it opened at 1pm. Came in for lunch. Lovely bartender informed us they don’t serve food till 4 pm. This was no where on the website or Google. We had friends in town that could not stay that long so we had to leave. Super disappointing. If you’re going to open your restaurant early but not your kitchen that needs to be advertised. Or just call yourself a bar. I don’t know that we’ll be back.
The pizza, garlic Parm chicken wings were extremely tasteless and the pizza was actually burnt. Service was great!

I'll start with my only con- the pasta comes out on very wide, shallow bowls and cools pretty quickly.
Positives- We were there on a Friday evening. Although it was just two of us our hostess let us switch from a 2 top to a 4 top where we could look upon the river view. Bonus- Brooke arrived quickly with the menus and took our drink orders immediately. She was professional, personable and experienced. The bartender, Jessica, made the PERFECT appletini. We both ordered pasta dishes (pictured) and when they were hot (even warm) they were delicious. Next time I'll ask them to leave off the prosciutto, it makes it a little too salty.
I hope everyone gives this place time to settle in. To me, after reading the previous reviews, they've made a few small adjustments and improved the experience. I'm excited to go back and try the pizza!

Such a great addition to downtown!!
The food and views were amazing, along with our waitress, Jessica!
This location has so much potential to create something unique. Downtown Suffolk doesn’t have many options or options with a view, this place has a beautiful view with outdoor seating. I am really hoping Crust and Cork can figure out how to balance good service with great food. Their service could use some work. The flavor and of everything we ordered was really good the pizza is delicious our only complaint was the pasta was a bit over cooked. Their Basil cocktail and lemonade cocktail were really good. The mule is a no go it doesn’t taste good and
it doesn’t come in a copper mug. I have a lot of hope for this restaurant it could be an amazing spot it has so much opportunity to be. I am leaving this review in hopes to help them grow what a great spot!!

Service was great! Unfortunately we couldn’t due to the lack of inventory behind the bar.
