one of our "go to" spots for date night. the Brisket nachos are yummy and the tap selections are always good.

I wanted to love this place, I think the vibes are great. The staff was friendly, although when my food came out I was highly disappointed. The Mac and cheese was warmed up (lots of oil just sitting at the bottom of the bowl so that’s how I know) and it tasted bland. Most importantly, there was a hair on my chicken sandwich. Because of this, I likely will not be returning.

Watch your pours on the taps. The calibration is off by a lot. We were being charged for 19.8 ounces on a 16 ounce mug. Have been going here for years. Will never be back. Manager was extremely rude short and snippy with us. The tap calibration has been a constant issue. Have made them aware several times now and it's still not fixed. To many other options in this area for this to be going on. We are even canceling our mug club membership as are several other of our group.

Watch your pour amounts on the taps. They are charging 19.8 ounches for a pint glass (16 ounches). This has been a constant issue that we have complained about each time we are there. It still has not been fixed. had a large group there and the Manager Josie was beyond rude to our group. Had an attitude the whole time, then went as fair when she got it back from some of the group to tell us that attitude was needed from us. When we tried to sort out the bills as we were being over charged for things we had already paid for she would not look at the receipt. Then when I tried to talk to her about it she walked away as I started talking to her. Everyone one of our group has said we will never be back. We and others are canceling our memberships.

Not really my favorite place to have a beer...not much for the self service style. Every beer I got had way too much head...and I know how to pour a beer. Seems to me a way to charge more money...not worth it to me. The food was good and the service was good, that's why they got 4 stars.

The food here is delicious !!! Nothing on the menu I’ve tried has ever disappointed. Ever. The service is always excellent, just make sure to ask for Ginger or Josie. I look forward to stopping by every chance we get.

The food quality was one of the worst I have had. All of the food was overcooked and burnt.
We ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger with Tator Tots and the Cuban with Tator Tots.
The burger was overcooked and the meat was tough. The ham on the Cuban was burnt and inedible. The tots on both orders were nearly blacken and hard.

This was very disappointing, especially for the money. I would expect better quality food for $45.
I will not return and am anticipating the opening of New Realm Taproom, right around the corner.

Save your money and go someplace else!

Just fantastic. The brisket is amazing, service stellar, all framed by a literal wall full of beer! Highly recommend. So why the 4-star rating? Price. The meal is reasonable, the beer is downright pricey, sometimes north of 50 cents per ounce. It’s worth every penny, but be sure to bring you wallet and a healthy budget. Highly highly recommend in spite of the price!

We've been coming here for nearly two years and every experience has been super! From the food, to the beer selections, and especially the wait staff & their GM Ginger, everything is great! The portabella mushroom burger & veggie hot "wings" are delicious!

My fiancé ordered some kind of Cajun shrimp can’t remember the exact name of dish that came with some sort of sauce and she hated it but I thought the shrimp was ok I didnt try sauce…I ordered a side of fries and they were fresh but then…I ordered some basic buffalo wings and this where the fail was major the wings tasted like some frozen pre maid Tyson wings (honestly taste better) and the texture of the wings kind of seemed as if they were not properly cleaned (honestly it tasted that way as well).My fiancé, daughter and I ate 1 wing a piece when server returned I explained everything else was fine (I lied) but I did not like the wings and I didn’t want another order and I just wanted a refund being that we paid 18.99 for something we did not eat…The server then went to her superior and was told the only thing they could do is drop the wings in fryer again or just box up or take home I couldn’t get refund (super pissed me off) my fiancé told server it was fine (It was not) ended up paying and still tipping something but in the end my fiancé and I got into an argument and ended up paying 45 bucks plus tip for 8 pieces of shrimp (maybe) and fries and a dozen of chicken wings I just left for them to throw away so disappointed is a understatement so this was a first and last time experience the manager didn’t even come over him/herself to even try and make it right they just left the server to deal with a unhappy customer ruined our whole day lesson learned

Can't even say the service was horrible, because I didn't get any. When food was dropped off at my table, I didn't even have time to ask for condiments before (I believe the manager) was gone. Had an empty glass when she dropped my food, and was not offered a refill. Ate my food, which was mediocre at best, then sat there with an empty plate for 20 minutes before I left. Was never checked up on, was never offered a refill. The food was not at all worth the prices. The brisket fries had absolutely no flavor somehow. Both the waitress who took my order, and who I believe was the manager (who brought my food) walked past me SEVERAL times throughout my visit, and never once checked in. Was never brought a bill, so I guess that's a plus.
