Attempted to order pizzas from this location only to the pizzas delivered to the wrong address. The delivery driver then notified me that she dropped them off by placing them on a refrigerator in an open garage where some random guy was sleeping. When I told her she had the wrong address she stated she she would go back and get the pizzas to bring them to me. Ummm, no maâam. I called the store, and the person answering the phone who I will not name, was made aware of this mishap and request to remake pies. She then began to ignore my calls when I rejected the food that the delivery left on incorrect property. When she finally answered the phone she acted as of it was funny and stated she was âbusy.â
When I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager which was false. I do not recommend this location.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Every single time I order from the Dominoâs on Bridge Road, whether itâs delivery or carryout, there is always a problem. Either the wrong pizza shows up, or something from my order is completely missing. Youâd think after one or two mistakes theyâd tighten up their process, but this location just does not seem to care about consistency or customer satisfaction.
The worst part is the customer service. When I called the store to address the mistake (again), the young woman who answered the phone acted as if I was inconveniencing her just by asking them to fix their own error. I remained polite and professional, but her response was dismissive and careless, just an unbothered âok,â with no sense of urgency or accountability. That kind of attitude is unacceptable in any business, let alone one that constantly messes up orders.
Itâs extremely frustrating to spend money on food and never receive it the way you ordered it, and then to be treated like your concerns donât matter when you call. This location needs serious management changes, better training, and staff who actually care about their customers. Until then, I would highly recommend avoiding the Bridge Road Dominoâs if you value getting the food you paid forâor even basic customer service.

Used the app to order 2 med/ 3 Topping pizzas. I picked my usual hand tossed with extra sauce, a meat( bacon on one, sausage on the other) It kept showing the wrong crust and added shredded provolone. We ended up with cold pizza, no extra sauce, the wrong crust, raw crust, huge slices and tiny slices, and a $30.00 + mess that was not edible! Rude customer service. I will be making my own pizza before I waste any more money at this Dominoes!

It's a newer location so I'm sure they're working out the kinks of it all. The pizza was decent but the onion on it was a little soggy honestly and some of the cheese wasn't melted all the way through which okay whatever I can throw it into a microwave but the whole point is that I shouldn't have to if I'm spending almost $30 on food. I'd say stick to easy toppings because certain toppings that come out of this Domino's are just a soggy mess.

Do not order from this store. We placed an order online today. We received part of our order but not all of it. We called, and they told us we never ordered the other items even though we have the order receipt that shows we ordered them. They then hung the phone up on us.

Ordered two hours ago, called over an hour ago asking eta as the app said it's been in Quality control status for 50 mins, they said the delivery driver had it but had multiple orders. I called back after another 45 mins stating the apps still says that it hasn't left the store, no delivery, hungry kids at bedtime now, and then they indifferently told me the problem was on their end and they could make the pizzas and have it to us in another 30. No sorry, no offer to make things right, just we can cancel and good bye. Now scrambling to feed the kids.

I ordered two pizzas online and they when my husband picked it up and brought it home, it was wrong. I called and the manager told me it was what I had ordered and I told her I didnât. She told me âI donât have time for this, and hung up. I definitely made a formal complaint to cooperate and awaiting their response.

One-star experienceâand not because of the food. We placed our order around 8:30 PM and I noticed the tracker stayed stuck at âQuality Checkâ for nearly 30 minutes, which seemed unusual. I decided to call the store and, oddly enough, the order status flipped to âOut for Deliveryâ just as the manager answered. I was in the middle of mentioning this, but she hung up on me mid-sentence.
I called back, hoping for a clarificationânot confrontationâbut was met with more attitude from the same manager. Admittedly, I responded less kindly after that interaction. I know itâs always best to stay respectful, but being on the receiving end of blatant rudeness makes that harder.
Wanting to escalate it properly, I drove to the store (only about a mile away) to get her name. Instead of offering it, she walked off and mocked me by calling me âKarenâ from behind the stove. That part was almost laughableâif it werenât so unprofessional.
To be clear, the delivery drivers have always been greatâI tip them well and appreciate their effort. This review isnât about them. Itâs about an encounter that turned unnecessarily hostile when a little courtesy couldâve gone a long way.
This store won't miss my orders, but I hope someone in charge takes this seriouslyâbecause I doubt Iâm the only person who's had this kind of experience.

Have those people ever cut pizza before? I mean I wouldnât trust them with scissors it was so trash that I actually feel bad the manager for hiring them. How hard is it to cut a pizza? It wasnât even busy they are just pathetic lazy employees.

It took 2 hours to get my food. One pizza was smooshed and I had to stick it in the oven because it was under cooked. We ordered the boneless chicken and only got 6 small pieces. I asked for a refund before it was delivered and I was told no. I did however double tip the delivery driver because he was the only one for the night and it's not his fault. If you are understaffed let the customer know it will be a long wait and let us cancel otherwise. Ridiculous
I was charged for a pizza I never received. I called the store 3 times once the tracker said it was out for delivery. One young lady was nice but the other two people I spoke to were rude. I was offered a refund and it never posted to my account.

Closed at 8pm on a Saturday
Terrible. Ordered a pie, went to pick up and I see the box is sitting open. I asked why it was open and young lady at the counter says âoh I canât seem to close itâ. I open the box and slices have been moved around as if someoneâs put their hands in it. I questioned and she says âI can make a new one, but it wonât be freeâ. Really??!!
