We have ordered from here 10 plus times and every single time the pizzas are never cut !! Do better!

Tried to get anyway pizza, but no longer available. Instead, I tried medium-sized pizza that was on special, and it was delicious with mushrooms, spinach, and feta cheese (in addition to regular chesse).. what made this better than what I've previously ordered was the sauce.. I got white Alfredo like sauce and man oh man. I'll never add red marinara sauce again.

Ordered 2 pizzas online at 4:42pm to be delivered at 6:15pm.
Order was not delivered until 7:40pm. Pizza was only a little warm.

On August 6th we ordered two large pizzas, lg garlic knots and a cheesy bread. Estimated delivery was in 40 minutes no problem. 40 minutes came and went according to the tracker food came out of the oven I to the quality check phase about 1 hour after the order was placed. Ok they are busy right. Our food sat out in the quality check phase for 1 full hour before it went out for delivery. I tried calling and calling to cancel the order. No one would answer the phone. We did not want food that sat out on the counter for 1 hour before it even went out for delivery. 2 hours and 20 minutes after ordering our dinner it was delivered completely cold. Went back on the phone to the company and the phone went unanswered for 64 minutes. Yes 1 hour and 4 minutes before I finally hung up again. Since the dinner was ruined and inedible I sent an email to dominos corporate. They replied 2 days later and said someone would contact me. Still waiting. I did call the local store the next afternoon and asked for the general manager. The young man who answered the phone said he was the general manager and could help me. Well after 5 minutes he asked me to hold and then a young lady answered who said she was now the general manager. Same story she puts me on hold and comes back saying the general manager was due in that night at 5:30 and he would call me. Well guess what still no call. I think I understand the problem. for a pizza place to afford 3 general managers they can’t afford any regular employees to actually do the work. It’s a shame that the corporate office allows one location to tarnish its reputation. Sincerely Dwane Cochenour

Im not sure why i keep giving these guys another chance. Order pizza for a later delivery, the pizza was made, it sat for an hour, and when i called they said they had no diver. What a waste of time

One single pizza took over an hour to be delivered, driver was incapable, AND the pizza was made wrong. I was on hold for 30 minutes by the time I actually drove to the store trying to rectify the situation. This location is horrible and unprofessional. The only saving grace was the cashier(9pm 7/19) I appreciated her customer service.

I order steak pizza, buffalo wings, pepperoni cheese bread on Sunday July 13th around 9 pm. They deliver the pizza around 10:30 pm I checked the order they gave me steak pizza, boneless chicken and bread bites. I called the delivery driver they said they have to go back and talk to the manager. Called the store multiple times have no answer.

Very dissatisfied!

Unfortunately, I place an order last night from this location and I regret it! My pizza or sub didn’t meet my expectations. It was missing the toppings & had a teaspoon of sauce on the entire pizza, not to mention I order Extra sauce. The back on the was burnt. and that my sub was burnt. I tried calling back last night, but there was no answer. I stopped by the store the day before, and it was packed with customers. When I explained the situation, he informed me that they ran out of sauce, and that he would call his supervisor, for the refund and he did. However, when he returned, he later informed me that the supervisor stated they don’t issue refunds.

However, the guaranteed policy states otherwise. I would appreciate it if someone that honors the policy could look into this matter and provide a refund for my order. It’s sad to see a newly built location go down.

The worst pizza restaurant in Suffolk. Order was thrown together delivered 2 hours after the delivery time. When the order was received it was the wrong order nothing I ordered was correct. Tried to call the store to inform them about the order. Continuously chose to hang up in my face. I wouldn’t recommend this Dominos at all.

Its hit or miss with this location. Sometimes service is okay and others not so much. Lacks consistency in customer service and food preparation.

This location is starting to get more and more unprofessional. Last time, the driver left my food on the ground (those were not my delivery instructions). Tonight, after waiting over an hour for our food (understandable, it being the weekend and all), when it finally arrives, one of my pizzas was undercooked! Mind you, according to the app, my pizzas were in "Quality Check " for 40 minutes while waiting for the delivery driver to pick it up. Pizza with lots of toppings need a longer cook time than those without as much. We don't have many options because other pizza places don't deliver to my neighborhood after dark or not at all. So I thank domino's for that. But the customer service and attentiveness has GOT TO GET BETTER!!!

Make sure to always check your order before you drive off. this establishment has 100% of the time messed my order up. The only reason I still get pizza here is because it’s the only dominos in the area.
