This location is starting to get more and more unprofessional. Last time, the driver left my food on the ground (those were not my delivery instructions). Tonight, after waiting over an hour for our food (understandable, it being the weekend and all), when it finally arrives, one of my pizzas was undercooked! Mind you, according to the app, my pizzas were in "Quality Check " for 40 minutes while waiting for the delivery driver to pick it up. Pizza with lots of toppings need a longer cook time than those without as much. We don't have many options because other pizza places don't deliver to my neighborhood after dark or not at all. So I thank domino's for that. But the customer service and attentiveness has GOT TO GET BETTER!!!

Make sure to always check your order before you drive off. this establishment has 100% of the time messed my order up. The only reason I still get pizza here is because it’s the only dominos in the area.

Issues with EVERY delivery. No drivers so your food sits and gets cold before it’s delivered. They won’t contact you if there are any changes to your order. They also won’t answer the phone 💁🏻♀️. Literally had the delivery driver ask what do you want me to do about it when stating concern about my order. What a waste of 83 dollars!! You guys suck!!

Found a long piece of hair stuck in my pizza so that right there’s tells me they don’t wear hair nets. The delivery driver was rude he didn’t speak or nothing get it together yall fr🤦🏾♀️

Our food has been incorrect multiple times which is unfortunate because you pay for those ingredients that are missing. It's easy to order pizza when family is in town and you have to please many palates but I think we'll just pay extra next time and go to a locally owned place.

I’m sorry but my pizza looks thrown together my wings barely have any sauce and the driver sat outside my house for about 5-10 minutes on his phone as I sat in my car watching him. Very disappointing

I ordered a pizza at 6:30 pm. The tracker showed it was waiting for picking up at 7:15. The pizza sat for hours. At 10 pm it finally arrived, stone cold. Even the box was cold. You cannot get in touch with anyone at the store. I called several times and they just pick up the phone and hang it up. By the time the order arrived 3.5 hours later we had already gotten DoorDash food. I’m not sure where this pizza was floating around for that many hours to be icy cold, which means obviously inedible. Any manager or staff member that knowingly let something release to a driver, after sitting for that many hours should be ashamed of themselves. They knew very well this pizza was not in the condition it needed to be in to be eaten or even delivered at that time. Since they won’t pick up the phone or if they do pick up, they hang up on you, I will just have to contact my credit card company and have the charges reversed.
Update to review: finally got hold of a manger today. They said they cannot issue refunds the day after, said I should have let them know last night. When I informed Him I tried calling but they just hung up on me, he said nothing. Not even an I’m sorry. He did wonder where the pizza was at now, like it was a missing child. 🤦🏻♀️ He then told me to call corporate. I called corporate and they told me to call the local store that they could offer me a refund. I gave them several tries for them to take accountability but contacted my credit card company for a charge back. Even the lady from the credit card company was flabbergasted. 😂🤣

THIS IS THE WORST DOMINOS, always under staff, always canceling orders. Needs new owners ASAP the owner clearly doesn’t know how to run a store. It took for my order to either be wrong or canceled for the 6th time for me to finally write a review.

Our delivery order was missing a pizza, my wife called to ask about the missing pizza and we were told we could come get it or we could get a credit, they were too busy to come back to our house. WHAT? They made the mistake, not us, and they can't make it right? I called back and asked for the manager. The person identified themself as a manager. I asked their name, they identified themself as "E". I explained that the offer of future credit was not acceptable, he told me we could come get it. I asked if he was the store manager and he said no, so I asked for the store manager and he hung up on me. I called back and was put on hold for 20 minutes after asking for the manager, the manager never picked up. Avoid this place like the plague!! They rarely get the order right and when you call to get it fixed they don't fix it! We hadn't ordered from this store in a while because of this problem, some things never change.

This was my 2nd or 3rd experience where the pizza was so dry! The flavor was bland and so unpleasant. Next time, I will take the long drive and get Bubba's 33 pizza.
