Great staff, quick turnaround on made to order donuts.

Normally have 0 issues. I pick up my online order today and I see it sitting on the counter half done and breakfast sandwiches sitting on a bag getting cold. They realize how late the order is and remake the donuts but still just give me 2 sandwiches that have been cold for 20 minutes already. Absolutely horrible time management. I'll be looking elsewhere next time.

Usually a great experience but this morning the person who made the donuts kept messing up my order, did not care one bit, and the remake made me late for work and was still incorrect. He was rude about it to boot!

My first visit and am not impressed by their donuts. Service was great and workers very polite, but the donuts are below average. I ordered 3 different variety of donut and they were all below average. All the donuts were over coated with toppings which tries to kill the taste and texture of an average donut. Sometimes too much is no good, and that's my opinion on the toppings of their donuts.

If you get here around 6:30+ they are already out of donut mix and are just ready to head out. They are not consistent on how they make them at all.

Today’s (8/23/2025) Duck Donuts visit was an absolute train wreck and a complete waste of time. We placed our order at 9:25 a.m. and by 10:05 a.m., we had received absolutely nothing. The staff had no idea what they were doing—wandering around aimlessly, one person glued to their phone trying to get directions from a manager, and everyone else looked like it was their first day on the job. They were completely undertrained. Several other customers gave up and asked for refunds, and even that took forever. We had an appointment we couldn’t miss, so we had to leave with no food and no refund in hand. This was hands down the worst Duck Donuts experience we’ve ever had. If they don’t fix their service, I wouldn’t be surprised if more customers just walk out like we did. Complete failure on the MANAGEMENT’s part. Total disaster!

Before today I would have given this place five stars and recommended it to any friends and family. First picture is today while second and third are previous visits. Took 20 minutes to get two sandwiches and a coffee while the three people who ordered after us walked out with boxes of donuts and coffees. Our sandwiches were started but just sitting there while they prioritized larger orders taken after ours so by the time we got them the bottom was soggy and then they weren’t even well put together or topped correctly. Extremely disappointed in our experience neither the staff or food came even close to expectations.

The can get busy so be patient and you’ll not regret it. They have an amazing selection to choose from that will satisfy all the picky eaters. Not to mention a good selection of merchandise and drinks to choose from.

Pretty fair location and up to par with other locations. Can be hard to order specific drinks on apps but don’t usually have an issue ordering in person. Donut base is always amazing but something I’ve noticed across all stores is that flavored icings don’t taste like much of anything. Recommend Chocolate or Maple Bacon for those that want a great option.
