This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts in Suffolk lazy workers you can tell them exactly how to make your drink and it's still disgusting they never have any of the popular food items always running out of something I live in the apartments across the street and I'm embarrassed to have this location as my neighborhood Dunkin !

I visited the Main St location on 11/23/2025 @11am and it will be my last visit. The young man at the drive thru had mistaken my order but got it right. Then I sipped my drink to make sure it was right because I had the wrong order in the past. He was so rude he told me to get away from the drive thru window with frustration and rudeness. I will never visit this location again!!!

All my donuts stacked on top of each other on their sides what a mess would never go back to this location again
I still can’t get over. They don’t make their own donuts in the house anymore.

Always great service with a smile. One of the better locations in all of the 757 The standard.
Glazed donuts are soggy/ wet, I've been 3 times and they are either out of donuts, don't have almond milk, or get my order wrong. Also didn't get my free medium coffee, because they said it's all done online and they had nothing to do with that

It took nearly 20 minutes for 2 egg sandwichs that I received cold. Restaurant seemed to have menu flies in it. It appeared that most employees were training and only 1 knew what they were doing. I am from New England and have been to many Dunkin donuts restaurants, this was maybe the worst

Placed mobile order online I was informed no vanilla ok get there after I’ve placed order hazelnut ok but on top of that the donut holes we ordered wasn’t available either! I kid you not as I’m writing this review my wife says they put chocolate in mines smh. If you are unable to accommodate online orders turn them off. I’m very disappointed in our overall experience!
