Placed mobile order online I was informed no vanilla ok get there after I’ve placed order hazelnut ok but on top of that the donut holes we ordered wasn’t available either! I kid you not as I’m writing this review my wife says they put chocolate in mines smh. If you are unable to accommodate online orders turn them off. I’m very disappointed in our overall experience!

This is the worst dunkin period. How is it that every morning they are out of donuts…you’re a donut shop. It’s so frustrating don’t waste your time here folks.

Disappointed with My Order and Service

I visited Dunkin’ yesterday and was incredibly disappointed with my experience. Both of the drinks I ordered were made incorrectly—not just once, but multiple times. Each time I had to point out the mistake and ask for it to be fixed. The staff seemed inattentive, and the repeated errors made it clear they weren’t paying attention to my order.

Not only was this frustrating, but it also wasted a significant amount of my time. I come to Dunkin’ expecting consistency and quality, but unfortunately, this visit fell far short of those standards. I believe a company should make things right when they fall so far below expectations, and I’d appreciate a gift card or some acknowledgment of the trouble I went through.

They are the slowest moving Dunkin’ Donuts I have experienced I had been waiting in line for 30 minutes just to tell them I had a online order and they kept trying to tell me they don’t have my order and had me sitting at the window for another long period of time while no one catered to me. And they are always out of donuts !!! Needs better management and staff ASAP!

This Dunkin’ Donuts has a huge staffing issue. Don’t come here unless you intend to wait 30 minutes to a hour for your food every time. Even if you do mobile order.

Don't go here unless you want to wait an hour for a cup of coffee and a Pepsi. Got here in plenty of time to make it to church but due to their super slow workers we won't make it. If I hadn't paid already, I would walk out. Well after checking the time we missed church and still walked out. Will be disputing the charges because we never got our drinks. Horrible just horrible.
