I was there this morning with my sister to eat breakfast after church. This is my first time to visit the store. As we were eating, a humongous roach approached us. One of the customers was so scared and moved away. The other guy customer stepped on it and called the attention of one of the employees who came out with a broom and dustpan.

We betrayed our VB location for this one, bc it was closer to us, but damn we paid the price. Cinnamon Sugar bagel had a whisper of the toppings… it tasted worse than store bought. The Lox bagel tasted like sea. The only semi decent bagel we got was the All nighter, truly wouldn’t taste the difference between that and a dunkin sandwich :/
So if you wanna try the bagels, go to Towncenter.

For my 1st ever experience in this dining establishment I must say that EVERYTHING about Einstein Bros Bagels was amazing, me and my GF Sterling enjoyed the experience, the atmosphere, the service, and especially the maple house eggs sandwich that we both got tear today. It was amazing beyond all imagine and also the blackberry lemonade is something to be desired. It is amazing. If you have an opportunity to visit I encourage you to do so. BEST BREAKFAST SANDWICH EVER!!!!!

I’ve heard about this place for some months now and I finally got a chance to stop in today. From the minute I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted by the staff. Once I received my order it was evident that the food was cooked with the same level of delightfulness as their greeting. The eggs are cracked open right there, not out of the freezer or a carton. There are so many unique bagel selections like cheesy hash brown, maple French toast and green chile. I can definitely see myself coming back here again, for the food and the hospitality.

Went for Pumpernickel bagels and was told they did not ever do those. But I have gotten at Greenbrier location! So I ordered 4 other bagels to go with no cream cheese! I like to do my bagels at home in air fryer and then put cream cheese on it. Took the girl 4 times to repeat my order before she got it right. Took 20 minutes to put 4 bagels in a bag to go. Get home and instead of 4 bagels sliced no cream cheese I had 2 sliced with cream cheese and 2 sliced no cream cheese. I don’t eat cold bagels and couldn’t air fry them with the cream cheese on them so in the trash they went! This was my first and last time at this location. I will travel a little further to Greenbrier. Never had problems there! Sadly disappointed!

First time here and it was great! Food was on point. Employees were helpful and very friendly. Only critique, which is very minor, more seating would be nice (but space is limited). I prefer to eat in restaurants, but people waiting to order were sitting in all of the seats. Still, highly recommend!
My favorite bagel shop in the 757! It has so many bagel combinations that can be customized to taste. They also have non pork options as well
