I was visiting family at this time, but I needed something smoothie before I left. When I search smoothies in Suffolk, it lead me to this one. As a first time visitor, the staff was super nice and very helpful. The menu had so many choices to choose from including teas, mega teas, and coffees. All the smoothies look delicious. Had to choose between peanut butter cup and birthday cake. If your looking for something as a meal replacement with enhanced protein anytime during the day, I highly recommend this place. I will have to visit again very soon my next time in Suffolk. Have to try Banana Pudding next.

This is a really cutely decorated and clean spot to grab a smoothie! It is very health oriented, and the staff was very nice, friendly and welcoming. My smoothie was also very tasty! The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because it is a little expensive for what you get.

This is my favorite go to spot. You know it says something when I want a shake/tea combo at night. The owners are super nice as well as friendly. I love that they are veteran owned, and they have a lot of items to choose from. The drinks and shakes are amazing. Kudos to Cassie and Corey! I highly recommend this establishment.
