They put the "n" in nasty..

The chicken is not the same as it used to be back in days, the chicken was undercooked in my opinion.

the chicken taste is different now, reminds me a Royal Farms seasoning, and the portions are less. Limited chicken chooses because the menu items has been reduced. Fish still the best.

The customer service needs improvement. I waited over an hour for my food and no offers an explanation or apology. What is the point of calling it in if I still wait that long. I'm scared to ask for a refund.

Came to buy 4piece special fried very nice it was soo salty could not eat it went back next day manager never spoke to me told the girl he was not doing another order because no one else complained he was not doing another order even though we call same night spoke to guy who answered the phone said he would note it and come back next day they would cook me another order. No apology nothing from this rude manager. I have loved your chicken before but never this salty.

I ordered a meal through the door dash app for pick up. I got a message saying that it was ready get to the establishment and the loud mouth cashier said she don’t know why it told me that because it wasn’t. I watch many people get their food and and was told I had to wait 20 more minutes . Chicken came up again I ask is my food next the loud mouth cashier decided she didn’t want to reply. I asked for the manager information they didn’t provide and wouldn’t respond.
I canceled my order through DoorDash and will not be returning.

I went to fnf to chicken some black came in behind me the lady walks up to counter and starting their orders first likeI was even their do what do you call that

The macaroni had no flavor. The jalapeño nuggets was 1 tender barley cut up with hotsauce on it. The tenders themselves weren't terrible. The fries were unseasoned and not crispy or anything...the bread rolls were hard... small portion for macaroni for the price. The lemon cake was actually lemon meringue pie and not good. The sweet potato pie wasn't good either. I do not recommend getting food from here. I spent a lot of money and just threw it away.
