I don’t know what has been going on lately but the soup is sour and really weird tasting- both the chicken noodle and the potato soup, and our orders aren’t correct. We spent almost $100 on food, because prices have increased an insane amount, so being disappointed is an understatement. My child has autism and we specifically said no pickles, but a pickle was added, so our child refused to eat their food. There were 2 sauces missing on my sub (which is what makes the sandwich taste amazing) when I only said no tomatoes. My husband got extreme heartburn despite taking medication daily for it. There have been issues the last two times we ordered. I really love firehouse subs but something is going on with this location. Staff is nonchalant and can be rude. They dont really care, the restaurant is clean but the food is gross- specifically the soup. Maybe we will try again in a few months.

I love our firehouse subs here in Suffolk. The service here is always great, love going to a restaurant with the cause. I always feel like our food is prepared with lots of care. Thank you Firehouse!

one of the young employees seem super defensive for no reason.
i did an online order and stated i didnt want lettuce. ...ended with lettuce on my sandwich anyway. all the sodas in the machine were flat, pregnant girl jus wanted a soda 😑

I usually get the Cornbeef here or at Norfolk location.I came in late sandwich not as good maybe because it was almost at closing. But I do like the food.

I called this store with an issue (that was in no way the fault of the store or an employee) and the person that answered the phone was very kind and most helpful. They helped me problem solve and I ended up placing another order. The staff there sent the sweetest note to enjoy the fresh made food and an apology (again, not their fault at all!) Thanks Ebony, Barron, and India! Your kindness did not go unnoticed!
