Firehouse Subs Downtown Suffolk

Ordered a large engineer sub with no cheese or mayonnaise. Got back to work and realized it had both so I came back up to fire house and when I told the person making the subs that my order was wrong, she rolled her eyes at me. I just spent $17 on this sandwich and you’re gonna roll your eyes at me because you guys made my order wrong. I just know I’ll never be back to Location.

Haven't ordered from this firehouse in awhile due to bad service but decided to give it another try but once again it was disappointing both subs had old stale bread hard to eat and where missing ingredients . Quality and customer service lacking .

The wheat bread on our sandwich was hard and cold. No diet Dr Pepper. No large cups at pick up area. Negative customer service attitude.

I mean, it's firehouse. They have never let me down! The service was great, food was fabulous and luckily I was there at the perfect time so we didn't wait long at all!

I don’t know what has been going on lately but the soup is sour and really weird tasting- both the chicken noodle and the potato soup, and our orders aren’t correct. We spent almost $100 on food, because prices have increased an insane amount, so being disappointed is an understatement. My child has autism and we specifically said no pickles, but a pickle was added, so our child refused to eat their food. There were 2 sauces missing on my sub (which is what makes the sandwich taste amazing) when I only said no tomatoes. My husband got extreme heartburn despite taking medication daily for it. There have been issues the last two times we ordered. I really love firehouse subs but something is going on with this location. Staff is nonchalant and can be rude. They dont really care, the restaurant is clean but the food is gross- specifically the soup. Maybe we will try again in a few months.

one of the young employees seem super defensive for no reason.
i did an online order and stated i didnt want lettuce. ...ended with lettuce on my sandwich anyway. all the sodas in the machine were flat, pregnant girl jus wanted a soda 😑
