Black guy with dreads was so rude and nasty. Didn’t greet me when I came in to pickup my online order instead just pointed at the deliver pickup area and said I interrupted his conversation with another coworker when I walked in and asked about my order. Will not be back.
Incident was Wednesday Dec 3rd around 6pm.

Service was so slow and extremely rude it took them 35 minutes to make my sandwich and there was almost nobody else ordering food in the restaurant!

The staff is VERY unprofessional. The owner should beware of who he/she hires. The young kids that are serving, preparing and on register in there are cursing and making fun of customers. I took a video of the events that I witnessed today. Your business is only as good as the employees that work in it. You all really need to take a good look at who you leave in your establishment to handle customers.
The employees are incredibly rude and have unpleasant attitudes. It’s truly disheartening!

Employee at register was very rude to me. If you don't know how to explain the policy of the birthday subs then you shouldn't be on the register.. management just stood there and started being rude and trying to yell at someone for asking a question.. my mom didn't get her birthday sub because they couldn't explain the policy so we left.. no sale at all.. if that's how this place is being ran I will not be back.. sounds like a training lesson on how to treat costumers and the policy of your restaurant is badly needed.. 8/26 12:30pm

Ordered a large engineer sub with no cheese or mayonnaise. Got back to work and realized it had both so I came back up to fire house and when I told the person making the subs that my order was wrong, she rolled her eyes at me. I just spent $17 on this sandwich and you’re gonna roll your eyes at me because you guys made my order wrong. I just know I’ll never be back to Location.

Haven't ordered from this firehouse in awhile due to bad service but decided to give it another try but once again it was disappointing both subs had old stale bread hard to eat and where missing ingredients . Quality and customer service lacking .

I mean, it's firehouse. They have never let me down! The service was great, food was fabulous and luckily I was there at the perfect time so we didn't wait long at all!
