Food is always half put together and cold immediately. Came on a Friday at 1130 and there’s 2 workers here, insanity. As a prior firehouse employee at a different location; this is definitely not the standard or expectation

Nice clean place. Not friendly at all, doesn't care, half listens, messed up the order. I won't go back
My favorite is the Hook & Ladder sub. The sauce really makes it great. It’s a mix of deli mayo and mustard.
Disrespectful man checking proof of veteran ID. Do he really know what he is doing. If this is the man with all the negatives reviews, I don't see how this man should represents the loyal firefighters.
