Disrespectful man checking proof of veteran ID. Do he really know what he is doing. If this is the man with all the negatives reviews, I don't see how this man should represents the loyal firefighters.

Worst firehouse I've ever been too. employees are rude and when they screw up your order then...oh well, because they will not do anything for you. they won't remake it or refund you. I've been going back and forth over email for weeks because of them not giving us our full order we paid for.

Have been there a few times and every time they don’t make my sub right. I ask for it toasted and without a specific ingredient and every time that ingredient is on it and the sub is not toasted. Will not be going back. Don’t take your money to this place because they obviously don’t respect what a person is paying for and asking for.

The owner/general manager of the store is always so grumpy. I try to avoid this location just because he is so unfriendly. Each year when Fire House has their promotion going on where you get a free hoagie with a purchase when your name is announced, he is very unhappy to give you your free hoagie. Food quality is good, but I would recommend avoiding this specific location.

I have made several attempts at giving this location another chance. Why? Because Firehouse subs has good food when the employees actually listen. My order was wrong and most likely due to the fact that the person taking my order barely spoke English. I couldn’t understand him and apparently he could not understand me. I am not discounting the quality of work but if you are going to take orders hire someone who is comfortable doing so otherwise looks like you are going to continue to get negative reviews and lose business.

The operator manager is very rude. I agree with the other reviews. He stares at customers and looks at them like they are stealing. He then speaks Spanish to one of the other employees. I guess he does not realize many people understand Spanish. He was making a snide remark about us. This is an awful and unwelcoming place.

The owner of this place is such a jerk. He's always abrupt, and today is my birthday we made 2 separate orders. My gf already got hers and we were waiting on my food and my dad's when he asks why we are there, and didn't seem to believe we had placed orders. And kept watching us and speaking Spanish like he thought we were stealing orders or something. Not a good way to run a business. If this wasn't the only firehouse, ( don't really go to any downtown restaurants) we wouldn't even bother anymore.

This location is getting worse and worse. There is always a problem when i come which makes my visits now few and far in between. I came inside and saw that the Rapid Rescue shelf was empty so I sat down to wait for my food as they have instructed me to do in the past. I was waiting for about 10 minutes when someone else walked in. She asked me if I was waiting for a to-go order and I told her yes so she sat down beside me. Almost immediately the manager asked her who she was picking up for and gave her the food. He then proceeded to go back to making food. I had to then get up and go tell him that I was also waiting on my food. That is ridiculous. She didn't say a word to them yet he was very quick and efficient in asking her what she needed. He acted as if I wasn't even there and I had been there for over 10mins at this point. I am extremely disappointed. The customer service really needs to be addressed here.

I only come to this location because it’s the closest to me, but be aware of the owner/gentleman in charge. Brutally rude and no sense of great customer service - in fact the opposite. I asked once if I could get peppers/mushrooms on the side and he said no because he didn’t have anything to put it in. I came on here to see if anyone else mentioned this rude man, and it seems like I’m not the only one. If this is the owner, I’m surprised he’s able to run it with the caliber of service he offers.

i’ve never felt so unwelcome in a food place before. the man in charge was constantly staring at me and my friends as if he wanted us to leave. he rudely asked “what do you want” when we ordered pickup. will not be coming back here.
