We celebrated my sister's birthday at Gianna's. It's so hard to find good customer service these days. Gianna's provided us with exceptional service! The staff really went above and beyond. Not to mention, the food was great! We brought in a homemade birthday cake made with love, but the presentation was horrible. The cake broke apart when it was removed from the baking pan, so we tried to spackle it back together with icing to cover the imperfections. When it was time to bring out the birthday cake, we didn't even recognize it!!! Susan saved the cake! They decorated the cake in the back with whipped cream and candles. We were all shocked when this beautiful cake was brought to our table. It took us a minute to realize it was the same cake we brought in. Kudos to Susan and the entire Gianna's staff for your care and extraordinary service!!

Awesome little gem. It’s a bit more on the pricey side of “pizza” but their menu is broad, their food is amazing, and the staff are fast and kind. I’ve ordered from them probably about 6 times so far? The pizza is “New York style” and so good. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend are the wings if you like them “wet.” I ordered some that way but they weren’t wet at all.

First time ever eating here and we tried their Sicilian special, what a big mistake the pizza was soggy and when I say soggy I mean wet. I wouldn't spend another dime at this place. There's a better place about a mile away called Bella Napoli. Lesson learned .

Absolutely phenomenal food and service. Our waitress Bailey was very attentive and kind will definitely asked to be seated in her section in the future. The food came out quickly. Everything from the salads to the bread and the main entrees were amazing. I got the stuffed shells florentine and my SO got the chicken Parmesan. Both meals were good sized portions and absolutely delicious.

Everything was pretty good. We had mozzarella caprese as an appetizer and it was delicious. For entrees, my wife had chicken parmigiana and I had chicken Marsala. Very good size portions, in fact my wife couldn't finish hers. She also had the sangria flight. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we'll be back.
