I come to Hardee's at 5:30 am it opens at 5 a.m ..... There's no sign up saying that the lobby is closed... I come here almost everyday... The person which is a guy with braids had an attitude as soon as I spoke to him smoking marijuana... Then the manager that's running the shift comes out and brings customers there food.... I don't know what's going on but I feel like it's discrimination on me.... The store opens at 5 a.m and the door hasn't been unlocked yet with no sign saying the lobby is closed... Should I sue

Slow service through the drive-thru and I kept having to repeat my order. Maybe time for new equipment?

The three times I dined here, they got my order wrong twice. One time they left a patty off a double mushroom Swiss and another time left a sandwich out completely.

Absolutely disgusted with this place!! I WALK there and the doors are locked @ 8:50 AM! I see an attendant and explain that I’m walking a she proceeds to tell me I can’t order they’re only doing drive through and mind you NOBODY was waiting inside!! So pissed and it’s ALWAYS SOMETHING horrible at this Hardee’s!!!! 😡🤬

Waiting an hour for fast food is absurd. Hardee's biscuits still slap, but to have customers waiting as if its a drive-in is wild. Do better.

Order two three piece combos about a month ago. Took the old chicken back up there the next day showed the manager Steve he agreed and had no problem replacing it even said it was sorry the second time it was nice

Manager won’t manage, is confrontational to the staff, service is slow, employees look at you but are too busy on their phone to do anything. White gorl up front doing all the work getting treated very poorly by the rest of the staff. Waited 10 minutes for Oder to be taken and another 18 to get my food. It was just chicken tenders. 4 people after me got food before I did. Trash on the floor, bathroom dirty. No sauce with tenders and fries cold. Save your money and go to the Chinese restaurant next door, foods better and you get it in 7 minutes.

After getting my food, fries were soft and warm, not hot. Tenders taste like they were cooked in oil that hasn’t been changed in a month. Had to ask for sauce twice.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Ordered on the app for pickup. Got home to missing items and incorrect items. Went back to retrieve them and was told by staff AND manager that they personally packed the items and they did not forget anything. Would not remake the incorrect item but did finally supply the missing items after showing the receipt. Bad customer service from the employee but the manager was incorrigible. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

This is the worst Hardee’s I ever been to in my life .. It’s like every time I go here I experience the worst .. The manager Will hang up on you just because you asked her about your food that’s missing out of your order … and first all the first employee to answer the phone wasn’t even a manager and saying he’s the manager refusing me to talk to the manager.. We’re not allowed me to have corporate or the district manager your phone number Something need to be done Because at this point This is ridiculous … This worse than the time I walked in and employee was in there, fighting with the manager like fist fight
