I ordered a Big Hot ham and cheese like I have plenty of times at several different Hardee's and this is the only time my sandwich was smothered in BBQ sauce which I didn't ask for. Also employee was short with me didn't even speak to me. In times where every penny counts I wouldn't recommend spending your hard earned money here

They kept getting my order wrong like they refuse to put in my order right I told them in person that I wanted a large meal with a Coke and no matter what she kept putting in small sweet tea and small fries. She refused to put it in right. She heard me, she verified what I said and just refused to put it in right I’m never coming back here I’ve never been to a place where they refused to put your order right I wasn’t rude or anything completely uncalled for.

There were no customers in the dining room or in the Drive-Thru line yet there was no chicken ready. I ordered a eight piece meal and was told it would be a 30-minute wait for my "fast" food. Needless to say, I did not wait.

This was our 2nd time this week being disappointed. Saturday when we went my husband got the double bacon cheeseburger.. well it wasn't a double and there was no bacon. Tonight at 5:30 I put in a 10 pc chicken family meal with 2 sides, tea and 4 biscuits and needed it ready at 6. I get there at 6 the lady at drive thru said they were dropping the chicken and there would be a 20 min wait. The whole reason I put in the order online was to have it ready. Anyway the chicken was hot and delicious but when I went to go get a biscuit for my son.. there was NONE. From now on ill just get my food somewhere else.
