Very cute place, great food, order at the counter, and the Chef brings your order to the table. First time customer, I had the French Toast breakfast. Meal came with a side of grits, eggs and sausage. The sausage patty was the best that I've had in a long time.

Passing through Suffolk and needed some lunch. Got the hamburger steak. It came with 2 sides and a slice of cake. Dunno what kinda magic they worked on the green beans, they were amazing!Wheelchair accessibility: No step has a ramp entry

Have eaten here a few times. Today was not so great. Ordered a sub without onions and peppers. Came out with peppers which I cannot have. Waited 30 minutes for the replacement which was also wrong. The staff is nice but it was not a great visit this time.

We took our granddaughter here for her birthday. The food was good—especially the chicken and vegetable soup—and the people were so kind. They even brought out birthday cake. We are looking forward to visiting again.

This was a nice little spot to stop at for a mid morning breakfast. It's very rustic and homey and they had Emerill playing on one of the TVs non stop which I loved. I was a bit confused at first on how to order, but the cashier was super nice and explained to me how things work. All of the girls working were very sweet and helpful. The turkey bacon was delicious, and the eggs were cooked to perfection. The pancakes were lovely with a nice hint of spice to them (cinnamon I think). I'll be back to try lunch another time.

Made my first visit to Holland’s with a professional group. I have to say things were not what I expected and I honestly don’t even know what I was expecting. This is a laid back little restaurant with a friendly staff. You place your order at the counter and your dish is brought to you after bring freshly made. This is good, down home cooking and there are a lot of options. Each day has a special.I ordered the roasted chicken over stuffing with sides of okra and yams. The yams were delicious and the okra was great. I would have liked a little more flavor on the chicken but it was cooked well.I will visit again.

Holland’s catered our mom’s 100th birthday celebration. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. I loved working with Jeanette Holland in planning our menu. The set up was beautiful and carefree to our family. Thank you for your excellent service from start to finish.

I have the catfish, sweet potato fries , and fried okra. All of it was very good. My Son had chicken and waffles and had mashed potatoes on the side. They said it was very very good. I would have given it to you five stars but they were out of a lot of things which was a bit disappointing. They do seem to have quite a variety on their menu though normally... guess it being Saturday, they were out of things like shrimp n grits and other items. They seem to have so many things on their menu that, even though they were out of some things, I could still find something to eat. Everything from burgers, cold & hot sandwiches, a few vegetables, like broccoli and okra, although they were out of the broccoli so I was disappointed. Everyone seemed nice and attentive.

If I could give a zero i would. We went there a little before 11. After about 5 min the young waitress comes over to the table and gives us 2 menus. No greeting whatsoever. Did not ask for our drink order. That was the last we saw of her. Owner was walking around, still not greeted. Did I mention we were the ONLY customers in the place? After being ignored and 15 min in, we decided if no one came in 5 min we were leaving. Well we left. Mind you I am in a wheelchair, and as we were leaving, very obvious both the owner and the waitress continued to ignore us. Funny thing is on the way out 2 ladies were going in and guess what they were immediately acknowledged!! I don't like to play the race card but....I had enjoyed them in the past and was excited about going back after so long. Needless to say I will not be back. I would prefer to patron businesses that value my money.

The restaurant has a cozy charm. The food was good, and plates got to the table in a reasonable time. Unfortunately, that was the time we ceased to exist in the staff's eye. The place was not busy, and the staff was either engrossed in their phones or cutting up behind the counter. For over 30 minutes, I didn't see a table get checked on at all. I will probably look elsewhere to dine.
