It was my 1st time visiting a Huddle House for 12 years. Nonetheless I still order the same thing. The Ultimate Plater with over easy eggs. The potatoes were smaller and over cooked and in general the Plater was smaller. Whoever cooked it has lost the joy of cooking. I no longer recommend.

Pancakes were dry and no flavor the bacon was over cooked and they didn't offer anything to those who were doing diet meals.

The food wasn't terrible but the service here is lacking quite a bit. I've gone here multiple times with my wife and we found that Waffle House just up the road in Chesapeake was a better experience more times than not.
It's good in a pinch.

The food is always good here so 5 star to the cook. The service is a hit or miss kind of thing. I'm thinking they only have 2 waitresses that's all I've seen there. They are sweet but if they are busy you'll have to flag them down for refills on drinks and such.

If I could give a negative rating I would! We were so excited to eat here, my husband specially since he just got off from work and so hungry. We waited an hour, understandable because it’s busy, until we noticed that other group who got in after us are getting their food, so I asked the server and follow up our order and she said there’s a big order that came before she placed ours, which doesn’t make sense to me because other people who just came got their orders quicker, granted that a different waitress assisted them, maybe that’s the reason? I don’t know. So when they finally brought our food, it’s not even remotely close to our orders and it turns out it’s for a different table, we walked out because this is unacceptable and my husband is so tired and hungry only to deal with this crap service!

Good southern breakfast! Tasty food so comforting. The bacon is REAL bacon and the sausage gravy just makes the meal complete. Every order met with a ya'all and smile! Great Southern hospitality!
