The food was good and served in a timely manner. And I waitress was very helpful making sure I had what I might need and kept my drinkFull. I would recommend it to anyone that might want to stop to eat. But do not go to the one in Franklin VaI waited for almost 45 minutes and the cook had not even started to cook my breakfast and the waitress never even ask if I need a refill. So go.the extra 20 miles and get treated good

Wish there was a negative. I would have left a -10 for service. Walked in 4/16/2024 at 8 AM and were told to sit where ever we wanted. Then waited for minutes 10 to be waited on. Wait staff walked past us multiple times into the kitchen and never said a word to us. Called out to one as she went past and she just kept on. Caught another one on the way past and asked her if we could get coffee, she said yes. Never saw her come out, but went out another way and refilled coffee 2 tables away. By then we had been there for 20 minutes or longer. We were totally ignored. We decided to leave and on the way out said something to a younger waitress, she did apologise and said she would take care of us but we where done at that point. The waitress that said she would get us coffee was sweeping behind the counter. Needless to say we will NOT be going back anymore.

Love this place! The personnel are very nice and the food is great. Never really had any issues.
They advertise 24hrs. But this is the second time I have stopped at 5 am on the way to work and they say they are not open till 6 am. Maybe change your hours? I went on sat. For lunch and waited an hr. To give my order with everyone there walking by they said they forgot about. I guess walking by 4 to 5 times was not a reminder.

The food was horrible. This restaurant is in a gas station and the food tasted like it. I had chicken fried steak with eggs and hash browns. Whatever oil they use needs to be changed, the hash browns tasted off. Spent $20 here and it wasn't worth 2 cents. I should have used my good sense and Not eat at a gas station.

Tables blocked off because they only had 2 servers. The 2 servers let food sit in the window, 1 worker walked past a plate twice, the other touched the plate, looked at the ticket then walked away because it wasnt HER customer VS giving it to the customer sitting next to me, We both watched her ignore it sitting in the window. Perhaps ring a bell or shout out "ORDER UP". I understand being shorthanded but blocking off tables, frustrating customers, leaving food sit and not taking it to the customer is NOT good service. Doesn't matter whose customer it is, get the food to the customer. They should just close if they cannot do their job... taking orders and delivering food is basic service. I tipped well above 20% eventhough service was NOT good. I doubt I'll go back to this location.
