Customer services was horrible. Food was brought out one at a time. Order incorrect. Received other table food. Server kept handing the kids hot plates. Will never return. Just a reminder to cook at home.

The food might have been okay but we waited over thirty minutes for our very simple breakfast order. No explanation for why it was such a long wait. The restaurant was not busy, only five or six tables of customers. I wish we had left. We won’t be back.

Don't know who's giving negative reviews. I stopped in every time I go to Discount tire right next door. Always friendly as heck staff, food is always cooked perfectly. Breakfast deals are a great value as well.

We had not returned to eat at this restaurant for awhile because the service was so bad , short staffing . However our most recent visit service was fantastic with a big smile and best deals in town or anywhere on the Favs menu

Walked in and Noone in line waiting. I was told someone would be with me in a few from the back of the room. Waited 15-20 min while the person who told me to wait bust tables, took ppl orders, and ran to the back. A cook bought out food and another server was in a wheel chair. It was not packed and there is no excuse I was not seated. Nothing else said while I stood there. When ppl left she busted tables instead of seating me. Never been here before and won't ever be going back especially with my family. I was one person so I was easy. Walked out didn't want to wait an hour for 3 pancakes.
