Absolutely worst IHOP experience ever. It started with walking in to only 2 people working, they were running around the restaurant with empty tables with plates stacked on every table. After we were seated we waited 15 minutes to receive our drinks, only to then be informed they didn't have ice, finally our food arrived and the crepes were missing the drizzle and fruit on top so I refused them since he said they were out, then miraculously he returned with it dressed per description. They were great tasting by the way. Then my children got their meals, one had scrambled eggs when over easy was the order but we knew it would take way too long to get a redo. After getting food we waited 10 minutes for silverware. We requested drink refills as well and it took about 20 mins to get warm soda delivered. I shrugged it off since it's advertised kids eat free on Tues night with adult entree purchase and when I got to the register I was informed this location doesn't participate even though the only reason we came in was because of the advertisement online. We will not be returning and I will be posting in all the local social media groups to just avoid this location all together. What a joke! Deonte was our server

We tried to visit around 630 on a Friday. Thenresturant was empty. It was dead silent when we walked in, eerily lit and uncomfortable. There were 3 men sitting on the bench when you walk in with their faces completely covered and smelled like they were made of weed. We waited at the counter for a minute before one of them stood up behind us and walked to the back. We left. It honestly felt like we walked into a horror movie scene and where about to be the next "Taken" movie subject. Not a good ihop and won't be back. We left and went to Texas Roadhouse instead where there is light, music, people and you don't feel like incredibly uncomfortable.

Would give a zero if I could. There wasn’t one happy customer in here tonight. Everyone had to repeatedly ask for things and the waiter would not listen.
My husband and I gave our drinks orders and had to give it 2 more times, I had to get up and find him, where he was sitting in a corner playing with his phone, and ask for him to get the coffee I ordered. He had pants on that he couldn’t keep up and they were below his crotch and he had to hold on to his pants as he walked and was constantly grabbing his crotch. He didn’t get my husband’s food order right and when I asked for creamer for the coffee … he brought me milk in a cup. Never plan to go back again.

When in today waited 10 minutes to be seated only one waitress working the whole restaurant not her fault she was the only one there,.. play Star order within 5 minutes time but then after waiting over 50 minutes I put a $5 bill on the table for the one cup of coffee and no refill that we received... And we left, I don't know that that would actually be the waitresses fault like I say she was the only one there that's the second time that has happened at that location... Now I'm wondering if she was also doing the cooking when we left a table had just gotten their food that were in there way before we even got seated... I'll never go back there...

I was craving pancakes so I decided to just order a full stack of pancakes this morning. I haven't been to ihop in years, but I used to love it. These pancakes were terrible. They look and taste like microwave pancakes. Idk if that's what they use now or what, but they were extremely disappointing. It was 715 in the morning and it seemed to only be one employee and no other customers. So I'm not understanding why my one small order was made subpar

My husband and I first went to the IHOP over on I think Taylor Road across from Jersey Mike's and Patient First. After 40 minutes, no food, it wasn't crowded at 11am on a Monday, we couldn't wait any longer and left. We went to the one in Suffolk around College Drive, and we were seated, ordered, ate, and paid in the same 40 minutes. The food was good and so was the customer service.

I placed an order for curbside pick up. Did the check in from the email and received a text saying they were bringing my food out when I said I was here. Originally said it was going to be ready at 1023. At 1040 someone finally picked up the phone and said 10 more minutes. 40 minutes later, I got my food. When I called again to see what the gold up was and she just hung up on me. Highly suggest going somewhere else!! Never going to an IHOP again!!!
