I went there for the first time yesterday, and, needless to say, I've returned twice since because of the exceptional service. I was impressed with the attention to detail and overall outstanding service. Javion was so polite, engaging, and impressive. This guy made my sandwich, kept me informed as to anything I needed, and so forth. I was impressed!!! Christian, another team member, assisted in the transaction, and simply put, these two guys made me want to return just because of the quality of service they provided. Hands down, this place deserves 10 PLUS stars.

One thing I really like Jersey Mikes is that whatever location you visit you can count on consistency.
My wife and I had “brunch” here today and we always order the number 43 giant. Like I said no matter which location you go to. You know what you can’t expect from your sandwich. Great job guys keep up the good work.

I asked for a cheesesteak with no peppers and they gave me the exact opposite and because it's an online order I can't trade it on for a sandwich that has no peppers. I would have to wait for a coupon in the mail. Makes no sense, id advise not to use the app
I prefer Jersey Mike's subs over anyone's. The cold cuts used are good. They make the sandwich in front of you to order. The app is very easy to use and this location has a drive up window.
Just got lunch. I ordered a sub with lettuce tomato and mayo…. Got home and there’s no lettuce, tomato, or mayo. Really frustrating when you pay for something and don’t even get what you asked for and paid for. What makes it worse is the guy confirmed the toppings with me.

Today was my first day trying Jersey Mikes. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted at all and I informed the young lady working that it was my first time and she saw me struggling. She did not assist me and continued cleaning a machine as she took my order with no eye contact or anything. I waited about 15 minutes for my subs and I honestly felt like I was a bother for coming in. If this is the standard customer service for Jersey Mikes I will not be back. I spent $39 on 2 subs, chips and a drink and I am not happy with my first experience.
I have been to this location a few times. Typically the wait times aren’t terrible but this time it was terrible. 20 minutes to wait for a cold sub. I ordered a club sub which comes standard with mayo. After I finally got out of there I came home and ate it and there was no mayo on it. Terrible oversight. It made the sub taste horrible. This location really needs strong leadership to put their systems back together. There were so many people waiting while one of the employees made the first part of the sub and then waited for the next employee to take over and then proceeded to just slice meat instead of continuing to work on the sub. The other employee who was supposed to take over the next part of the cold subs was frantically trying to put all to go orders together for people who weren’t even there. The other employee could have helped out the one struggling but there was no common sense being used. The systems are crap and the employees need to get it together.

Rebecca was absolutely amazing. She was so pleasant and nice and so patient. I can't wait to come back and I hope I get Rebecca. My food was exactly what I wanted. Thank you Rebecca.
Girl was very rude had me standing there 30 min while she knew there was no bread left don’t go here
