The woman working was extremely nasty and spoke with a rude tone however, the young man working the drive-through was delightful. Food is overpriced and dry the bread is always too hard and the meat is subpar do not recommend…

It was horrible I've been sick for 2 weeks and wanted a hoagie it was one of the worst sandwiches I've ever had no more so disappointed

I came in on august 28th to get my pickup order and when I got there apparently someone had already taken it. They refused to remake my sub after I showed proof that I bought the sub. I got there at 12:36 and they told me I had to wait until 2 until they could get it resolved. I live an hour away and expressed this to him and he said he couldn’t do nothing until 2 while there was only 2 people in the store. Then I called the store and asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager and still refused to help me. Only when I said I wanted to speak to the actual manager he said the manager was out of town. He didn’t even offer me a refund or store credit until I asked for the manager. Please fix this as this was super inconvenient and a total day ruiner considering I live so far away from the store.

Employees are great, friendly clean place. Sandwich was delicious. The brownies straight up suck, dry and crumbly. For $2.50 for a brownie and soft drink, should taste better. Firehouse subs has the best brownies!!!

Ordered a giant turkey sub in person for take out. They should be embarrassed how little turkey was on this $17 sub. Will never go back. Wawa give you three times a much meat for $6.

Bad/run, ordered an overpriced lunch as seems the case now. Cubana sandwich, must have been 1/4lb of pickles, cold, not heated. I think they have no clue. Only up side, they were courteous.
