Ordered 2 box lunches, and asked for drinks. Pulled around and no drinks, was told that "they do not come with box lunches". Impression of window worker was that she was rude and impatient. Did not examine food onsite. Order was one #2, and one #5. Upon examination found that #2 had perhaps 2 slices of meat, and no vegetables. #5 had no vegetables or oil at all. Did not, repeat, did not, specify no vegetables or oil on either sandwich. Very disapointed in this service. We have used this location for years and never had an experience like this before.

Wish I had read the reviews...I ordered a gargantuan in which and had to ask if they gave me the right thing. She looked at the sandwich and my receipt and confirmed it was. The sandwich I got was about half the size as the gargantuan at EVERY other Jimmy Johns I've order them at. Clearly this location is not adhering to the standard and is saving money at the customer expense. Drive down the road a few miles to get your money's worth.

Got ripped off tonight. Ordered the new smoked cheddar bourbon club. It literally had one piece of roast beef on each giant sandwich, the bread was old and the bacon was undercooked. Upset is an understatement!!!!!!

I have a bit of a problem when the cashier takes drive-thru orders, mans the cash register, and prepares my sub with the same gloves on. Then when I asked for black pepper on my sub, he says, "we don't have black pepper".

Your food is NOT good enough to justify the wait time & blatant disrespect for customers. I want to know why it takes an hour & a half to get an order delivered?? & why don’t yall answer the phone?

This location has problems like making my sandwiches wrong but today there wasn't a soul manning the drive thru but people inside.

Update: I came back and tried to give this location another chance but I guess customer service is just not a priority here .

We come here regularly because my bf is addicted to their slim 1. It’s always the exact same sandwich (just ham and cheese), usually with a cookie or drink. 90% of the time, the order is wrong. They add Ingredients/condiments (we HATE mayo and they seem to squeeze half a bottle into the sandwich that is not supposed to have mayo), forget ingredients, don’t give you your sides, mix up the unwich with the sandwich, and they don’t label the sandwiches AT ALL (which is unfortunate for those of us with allergies). It’s a disaster. If you do come here, make sure you open your sandwiches before you leave (especially at the drive through) because the order will probably be wrong. If it is and we are feeling up to it, we will go inside and get a new sandwich. Once, we did that and then got home and realized it was still wrong ??‍♀️

Overall I had a good experience here. The staff was polite and responsive. The restaurant was clean. My sandwich came out quickly. It wasn’t a complicated sandwich, but it was done very well and fast. I would be happy to come back again for another sandwich.
