Overall I had a good experience here. The staff was polite and responsive. The restaurant was clean. My sandwich came out quickly. It wasn’t a complicated sandwich, but it was done very well and fast. I would be happy to come back again for another sandwich.

I thought 'freaky fast' was Jimmy John's motto, but this location must not know this. My last two visits, I was one of two customers in the dining area, yet waited around for at least 5 minutes before my sub was made. I always order online, so my order made it there before me. I'll try again in the future, I'm sure, and hopefully they'll learn the company motto by then.

They made my sandwich well and it was good! I downloaded the app, logged in, browsed the app to see if there was a scan for points option like starbucks and chik fil a, linked Google pay, left this review and almost pulled off because still no one has come to the drive thru window after I ordered my food...not even to say hold on a minute...nothing. when they did eventually come, they were friendly. Hopefully I'll at least be acknowledged if the wait is extended.
