Waited in the drive through for an hour to order two kids meals and one chicken little meal. After paying, I was told to pull up to the door because there was a 4 minute wait on tenders. 15 minutes later, we received nothing. I went in and spoke with the manager Lisa who was so rude and not apologetic at all. Basically, they hadn’t even touched our order. She said they had one cook. She supposedly processed a refund that she said I would get right away while not even looking at me. NEVER AGAIN
The pot pie was outstanding. I thought they had made a mistake on my order. I spoke to a very polite person at the counter. She graciously showed My mistake. Everyone is very nice, including the very cheerful gentleman that took my order at the counter. I recommend going in and dining. 🎄

Got home find out our order was incorrect . We asked for 8pc meal; coleslaw; Mac and cheese and recieved mashed potatoes and gravy instead. Not happy 😕
Went inside and ordered a 12 piece and sides for our family. We waited 30 minutes before they said they didn't have anymore extra crispy. My husband clarified for the day or currently. They were confused, but said they could drop more and have it out in 20 more minutes. My husband said okay. I asked if they could fill the food order that was ready and then bring out the fresh chicken when it was done. Another ten minutes passes. Nothing. My husband is asking where the food is. The manager steps in, he explains the situation and the manager said she just got here and knows nothing about it and starts talking to someone else. The lady who told us they ran out of extra crispy chicken said they hadn't dropped the chicken yet, and since my husband said we would wait for the extra crispy chicken, they sent all the rest of our food orders to other customers. Im sorry, what!? We had been there for 40mins at this point. My husband asked for our food order, all of it, and didnt care whatever the chicken was, just send it out. Fill the order! It's fast food. The workers were working so slow. Nobody cares these days. And the manager should've stepped in, figured out the situation and lead her team! They handed us our food. I realized there werent utensils or plates so I asked for them. They said they were out of plates. How do you eat mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans without plates!? They need to stop smoking weed in the bathrooms and get it together at this location!! So much for a quick stop on a road trip. Over an hour!!

Wife went by to pick up dinner on the way home and worker said it would be 30 minutes before chicken would be ready! Really? You’re literally a chicken place. The Colonel would not be happy

Every time I've come here I wait for over an hour for my food. Today I decided to order ahead online. 30 mins later I get a notification my food is ready. I go in, not ready. I'm still here an hour later. This is ridiculous. I called the store and they said their chicken is frozen....

Great service. The employees were nice and the order was hot and fresh. Not sure what changed but it was needed. I came inside and they even had holiday decorations up with was very inviting. Looking forward to returning

Restaurantji Recommends
The restaurants on Main Street in Suffolk. Never open on time. Anytime you go, when they say they're open, they never are. They almost always open thirty minutes later. I guess they make their own rules and Downtown Suffolk.
Not the same but still have some KFC,qualities and the.staff is not one of them in some cases,SHIFT OR LOCATION, plays a part.

Found the employees to be rude and difficult to work with on top of it the food doesn't look like it's made properly I watched multiple employees standing around on their phone then touching raw products with bare hands not washing them and this isn't a very good restaurant you can tell that because there are no owner responses on these complaints and I doubt the corporation cares one bit as long as they keep paying the franchise fee

They really need to get their employees in order. There was no one in the drive thru and I waited 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was there. Then they are rude and acting like clowns forgetting to turn the mic off. This is not the first time either but I figured that I should give them a chance to redeem themselves but I was wrong. You can have fun and cut up at work that’s fine. But when you have customers they should be put first and games and cutting up should stop for the moment. Not sure if I’ll return.
The staff was very disrespectful to an elderly couple. Cursing behind the counter. I have to apologize for them. Very unprofessional
