The restaurants on Main Street in Suffolk. Never open on time. Anytime you go, when they say they're open, they never are. They almost always open thirty minutes later. I guess they make their own rules and Downtown Suffolk.

Found the employees to be rude and difficult to work with on top of it the food doesn't look like it's made properly I watched multiple employees standing around on their phone then touching raw products with bare hands not washing them and this isn't a very good restaurant you can tell that because there are no owner responses on these complaints and I doubt the corporation cares one bit as long as they keep paying the franchise fee

They really need to get their employees in order. There was no one in the drive thru and I waited 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was there. Then they are rude and acting like clowns forgetting to turn the mic off. This is not the first time either but I figured that I should give them a chance to redeem themselves but I was wrong. You can have fun and cut up at work that’s fine. But when you have customers they should be put first and games and cutting up should stop for the moment. Not sure if I’ll return.

Waited over 40 minutes without anyone telling us in the drive thru what was taking so long to get our food. They take the money and then you wait. It was ridiculous. They lost a lot of business as the cars behind me were leaving the line. No customer service to al least give us a heads up about the wait or at least apologize for the delay.
The customer service is very poor and you have to wait in long lines for take out. They quickly run out of chicken as well which is a huge problem. They need better Management
Parking: The parking lot gets filled when it’s after 5 p.m. The business has an increase of cars in the drive thru which is a mess.
App order said it was ready so here I am 10 minutes later waiting with everyone else. The I guess manager just told a giggling employee to go in the back and sit down because he is high. Meantime they ignored me while everyone was on their cell texting and comparing Another customer asked question so the cashier rolled her eyes at him and acted as if he was a problem for making her come tonthe register. Rude, inconsiderate obnoxious people who don't care. NEVER come here. NEVER. No customer service.
