Wanna thank the manger at this establishment, pick my food up got home and realized some stuff was missing and wrong, i called the store and the manager was very apologetic and had a great attitude. And did right by me and fixed what was wrong

This place has gone downhill so bad. If you get there an hour before they close they have no food for you to order and refuse to make any. One night we went and they did this we decided to go next door to Arby's and sat and ate our food. In the 30 minutes we were there we watched 17 cars drive up to KFC drive thru and drive away. This place looses so much business because the people working there are lazy and refuse to serve anyone after a certain time. When asking what time they closed they told us an hour from the time we got there and when we asked if they could make some tenders they laughed and told us it was an hour before they closed and they weren't making anything for anyone. Horrible customer service. Being the only one within so far we have gone multiple times here and have had the same thing happen.

I went to the drive thru and no problems, I got my food home and the potatoes weren't mixed still most of the container still in powder form, the chicken was old and hard. Yes it was 9pm but if you are serving food it is supposed to be fresh at all times, and if you are spending your hard earned money you expect your food to be correct. I called the manager on duty and he was very nice and he told me to come back the next morning. I spent $32.00 there and I am very displease with what was giving to me. So check you food before leaving this KFC on Main Street in Suffolk Va.

Got take-out at another place that was out of coleslaw so I decided to stop in and get a large order. Waited almost 10 minutes. There were 2 in front of me inside including 1 who had a mobile order. Cashier did nothing except take orders and hand them to customers. Don't understand why she couldn't just scoop up some slaw while she was waiting for orders. Even with handwashing or putting on gloves, she would have had plenty of time to stand around and wait.

Mobile ordered a 16pc meal and a 10 pc nugget. I arrived 5 minutes before the pickup time. 30 minutes later my food was ready. They assured me all the sides and nuggets where there. I get home and instead of nuggets I have chicken sandwichs. My 3 y/o doesn't want chicken sandwiches, she wants nuggets. Luckily there is a McDonald's a lot closer than this KFC.

On July 22, 2023 we visited Kentucky fried chicken to get two 12 piece buckets and two large coleslaw. We were told that you could no longer buy just chicken so they charged us for 2-12 piece meals and they charged us for the coleslaw. You would think they would’ve not charged us for the coleslaw since we paid for meals which were 25.99 each. After it was all said and done it was nearly $70 for 24 pieces of chicken and two large coleslaw‘s. I have no idea why you cannot just buy chicken and you have to buy the meals. I doubt I’ll be back and I think it’s poor customer service that you can’t just buy chicken I know in the past I have bought just buckets of chicken.

Let me start by saying I don't eat fast food. But the tiny adults in my house do. This is the first time we have gone to this location. Nuggets were actually not that bad. The staff, however, we so amazing. So friendly and well organized. Was an awesome experience that felt genuine.

One star is too generous. Why did I have to wait 20 minutes after I ordered to get my food? The person at the window was so rude. She didn’t even apologize for the wait. When I asked why she had this nasty smile on her face and said nothing. I finally got my food without a thank you, sorry for the wait, etc. Awful service!

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! We just moved here and I walked in here for the first time about 4:20ish pm on July 6th 2023 and was the ONLY customer inside. I stood there a minute and then a Hateful woman walked up from the back to the register and huffed loudly and just stood there looking at me in silence with a ticked off look. She didn't say anything! I said "hello, do you have chicken livers?" She said "no" in a rude way, and that's all she said. I said nothing else and walked out. All I wanted to do was get my husband some chicken livers after my very busy day. Now I know why the dining room had zero customers. Why do people have to be so hateful to people they've never layed eyes on before. I'll tell you why....because they don't have Jesus. ?
