Ordered grilled plain chicken wings to go. When I got the wings, I decided to take one out of the tray to eat. When I bit into it, it had so much rub on it. My mouth and lips immediately started burning. So I took the wings back in and told the girl that waited on me that the order was incorrect. Instead of giving me a fresh order of wings cooked properly, they rinsed the rub off the wings, put them back in the oven, and recooked or reheated them until they were dried out to a crisp. I paid $26.00 for 20 widgets that were barely edible. On top of it, they only gave me 19 wings back and did not replace the one that was thrown in their trash can. If it wasn't so cold outside that day, and if I didn't live 30 miles away, I would have taken them back for a refund! We will not be going back to eat there again!

The table we were seated at was near a door that went outside to a smoking area. Every time an employee walked through the door the smoke was overwhelming. Service was good, however the food was overcooked. The fries and chicken were very dried out.

Don’t plan on coming with a large party. We had 11 and the manager was less than accommodating. They absolutely will not seat you until EVERYONE in your party is present. 9 of us stood in the lobby for 15 minutes. Then all 11 were present and we were then advised that he could not seat us together. So, after all the advanced notice we were waiting no tables were ready and we couldn’t be seated with each other. Terrible management ability and apparently local policy.

The atmosphere is good, and the wings/fries combo is awesome. Outside of that, the mixed drinks are watered down…. Don’t taste any alcohol in the drink(picture this, I fasted all day then went here in the evening and ordered a coke and Vodka), drink came before food, so I should definitely get a buzz like I do at ALL NORMAL RESTAURANTS… nope not even a tiny buzz, I didn’t order a second one(sad). Most of everything that isn’t chicken and fries, tastes like all prepackaged foods warmed in the microwave (been there twice so far, and was not happy).

Look at the supposedly cheese steak egg rolls. They weren't cut and they needed a little more cheese inside of the egg rolls and they lacked flavor. I've had better at Chili's.

Service took quite a while to take drink orders and it was not busy at all. The worst part was the beer glasses were dirty!!! Also had a smell to them as u drank. Been here many times ans it has gone down hill on quality quiet a bit. Probably the last time I will be coming here

LOVE KBJ’s. Our favorite restaurant ever. Food is always excellent. Wonderful daily specials. Soft drinks are $2.07. Service is always great. They donated to our seniors community picnic last summer. Our group goes there after our monthly hoa meetings. Highly recommend. FYI, it’s loud, sometimes too loud. There’s about 110 tv’s going with sports channels. Ribs are amazing. $12.99 on Mondays.
Parking: Handicap parking available
Kid-friendliness: Wooden high chairs available. Always kids there.

The cashier was everything!! Over the phone! And in person! Such a beautiful smile and soul! Although I can't remember her name! I do know shes a beautiful darker skin petite young lady! It was between the hours of 11pm and 1130pm when she took my order! But she was amazing! And for that I am grateful! Ps not to talk about the cook but my first experience dining in was great as far as the food goes. Second time was great but not as great as far as the food go. 3rd time I don't know if it was because I came during closing time, but I still expect my food to be the same as thee others it was good but not as the first and second especially the firecracker shrimp. The egg rolls wasnt cut up as usual and it lacked the taste that made me want them the like I did the first 2 times, I seen someone in the reviews mention that as well. I think it was more of a rush thing then anything but other than that its all good
It was my first time there and I loved it and so did my friend.We will definitely go again.

The food I ordered was decent. The bacon and cheese fries were a bit dry but this review is for the bill difference. My food should have totaled $27 or even $30 at the most. The bill came out to $45. The mandatory tip is high. Great food, Great Prices but very high fees. Their receipts also only show 1 big price. There isn't a breakdown of what you ordered.
