This coffee shop has various drinks available. The selections include both coffee and tea. They also serve empanadas, cookies, muffins, and a walnut coffee cake that is to die for!
They also sell local handcrafted merchandise.

There are multiple tables for two and four patrons. However, these tables
are not numerous. They also have covered outdoor seating areas. The arrangement allows the noise level to be on the high side of cacophony. There is internet available.

Noise aside, it is a pleasant place to meet up with a few friends for a really good cup of coffee. I will definitely go back to this coffee shop!

A very nice stop, great coffee, which is not as common as it should be, and a very friendly staff. Great baked breakfast foods as well. A very full menu that is worth exploring.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food and drinks

The aesthetics of this coffee shop are great - cute artwork, ample seating, the light coming through in the mornings. If the coffee was drinkable I would want to stay and hang out all the time.
But, the coffee is truly terrible. I ordered a peppermint mocha that I had to throw out. Half the cup was foam, and the other half was so bitter (with no peppermint?) that no amount of Splenda or cream could save it. My dad got drip coffee and also only drank a few sips due to how dreadful it tasted.
Lastly, the customer service is nonexistent. They seem aggravated to help you, but will gladly have the prompts of a 22% tip when you pay.
I would walk to the 7-11 across the way and get a coffee that costs a fraction of what they’re charging you.

Amazing espresso! Not bitter, sour or acidic. Smooth and chocolaty!

The team is always amazing. I miss the original team that got me hooked a few years ago (the women were phenomenal!). I haven't had a bad food/drink product from here. My favorite part is the walk up window, so I can order when I have my dog with me. The dog treats are my dog's favorite and will always drag me to get more.

Highly recommend to coffee lovers. I miss my NY coffee, but I am happy to have Knotts!

Very good coffee. It looks like you can add in alcohol to make adult libations. We had white chocolate mocha lattes. Add cold foam so you can drink it right away. Beautiful location.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Knotts Creek. Beyond the awesome menu, the staff is so kind and accommodating - even for last minute big orders and/or special events. This place is truly a gem for Suffolk!

No wifi. A sin for coffee shops.
You don't see the menu for food until you get to the register which slows down the line a lot. Creates a weird pressure of people breathing down your neck to move along.
No low-acid options for coffee.

Coffee was really good. The girl waiting on us seemed to be impatient. We were new. Customer should never been there before and needed a little clarification on what we wanted to order. It was difficult to hear her and she acted impatient or like we were a pain.
