I went in to get coffee and food today this morning. I ordered, sat down, and was waiting patiently and quietly for my food. I hadn't done anything wrong. A barista comes over, sets the items down, and goes, "We need to ask you to leave." I know it was because of my Star of David necklace. I have never been asked to leave an establishment over my own, personal religion that is not impacting anyone in the slightest, so that is insanity to me. I tried to call and question it, but got put on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. Absolutely horrible.

My sister went in about an hour ago to get some food, she ordered her food, everything was going good, until one of the workers for no reason came over and told her "We have to ask you to leave". She had done nothing but sit there silently waiting for her food, she thinks it's due to the fact she was wearing a star of david. The employee was a skinny girl with dark hair either brown or a dark red. When we called to ask what the reason for getting kicked out was, we were left on hold for 10 minutes until they hung up on us. Thank you for the perfect service!!

Knotts has great smoothies and coffee. The staff is always friendly as well. One of the biggest pros is that they are one of the only coffee shops in the area that open early at 0600 which is great for those who get going early.

Customer service really comes to life at Knotts, they greed you with a smile, make sure your order is done to perfection and promptly, they make you feel comfortable and if you become a regular then treat you like family. They are truly fantastic, 100% recommended

hihi, this coffee was awesome! me and my dad went there out in the morning, which i got a caramel salted beverage and he had a hot cup of coffee. this was very amazing, better then starbucks definitely. a bit pricy, and the place looked very clean and peaceful as well with plants added for decor. this is now officially one of my favorites and will be visiting there every time i get with my dad. :)

It's a really nice place, I believe it opened recently. Nice place to meet up or have a quick bite to eat. We had the empanadas, which were okay. Everything is served like a takeaway in disposable cups and bags.

Knotts Coffee Company in Suffolk is really fantastic! They handmade empanadas that are stuffed with different fillings to match breakfast, lunch, or later and bake them on site. The drinks are amazing and they have lots of stuff to choose from. Definitely worth a visit. If you choose to work there you will love that the music is not blasting and there’s an outdoor patio as well.

Plugs everywhere along the seating near the wall and there’s more seating In The back near the restrooms. I came here when my dad was getting knee surgery, so if you need a place to get some work done, this is a great spot. Plus the coffee and empanadas are delicious!
