About the worst experience with a pizza restaurant I’ve ever had.

First, they told us we were only waiting on one thing (two different times).

Then after waiting 20 minutes from our pickup time, I asked to get a refund on the items that weren’t ready, and just take the pizzas that were ready, and they refunded me the order and told me they had thrown them away.

When I asked for clarification, they told me that they had given them to someone else. Based on tonight’s service (or lack thereof) I would give them a 0 if I could. At least I got a refund, but it ruined my plans with my kids.

Extremely slow. Awful service. Wouldn’t even try it. Go to any other pizza place in Suffolk you’ll be waiting over an hour guaranteed every time. The owners need to do something about the staff and lack of care.

this little caesars is really really good, but very rarely these days. the other day, i got a slices n stix and it was borderline burnt and just not enjoyable. most times when i get a pizza from here its not fresh, its just warm.

Definitely better than Pizza Hut , dominos, and papa John’s around here! Everything was great! Spent around the same as any other place but actually got what I paid for. Toppings and extra cheese were added and my kids loved the stuffed crust! Associates were friendly and my order was promptly made!!

yall need to hire more people there is no reason why that little girl should be up there at the front fighting for her life on a friday evening. bless their heart they doing the best they can GET HER SOME HELP!!

I placed a grub hub order, & it stated it would be about 1 hour. Okay….whatever. About a half hour into the wait, it updated to another 30 minutes past the original time. Pretty upsetting.
Upon arrival I was at least expecting it to be hot, and it wasn’t. I had to put it in the oven.
PLUS they completely left off one of our toppings!

This location is never really that busy but everytime my kids and I go in it always takes more 20+mins to go more than 2 or 3 pizzas. But lastnight was it for me not only wasn't busy the whole was in the front lobby was out front dancing I guess making a tiktok while ppl was waiting to make an order or just walking out. A man sitting there for awhile walked out trying figure out with wife and daughter why it cost 18 dollars for 1 pepperoni pizza and choose another location for the price and assumed wait time. So me my family decide leave also and ordered Papa John's had a 10 minute wait time. My kids love little Caesars but this location is terrible.

The so called manager this particular day was loud rude and talking about how rude I was discussing it to another employee instead of having customer service skills. She continued to argue between us.Ive never experienced such behavior from any manager in my life.Most managers would have apologized and we both would have went on with our day..not her.She wanted to make a scene in front of a store full of customers screaming she was the manager.

Man please somebody that works there please clean the ac vents and the back room titles are nasty and it never hurts to move a few things and clean man take a look next time you are there
