My pizza was delivered missing a topping. Elizabeth (assistant manager) was very rude and was not willing to correct the mistake. I was willing to bring the pizza back but she was not willing to remake the pizza. I asked to speak with a general manager and Elizabeth told me that the general manager was worse than her. There was NO customer service at all. I really hope Elizabeth is retrained on how to treat customers and PRAY the GM is not worse than that because that was a horrible experience.

I came in and order a large pep with extra pineapple and extra cheese and was given pizza with no extras. Employee told me to sit and ok to eat they make new one. Then they hand me a box of pineapple I said no a new pizza made right as I ordered then manager comes and says well I ate three and I said ur employee told me end of day I tossed it in trash in front of them was refunded 90 percent. As a business owner people expect what they paid for if you can’t dish it then go out of business. I will not be visiting this store ever again. They act like they can refund the toppings missed is besides point. I work my tail off and wanted to treat myself. Thanks for wasting my gas time and stress Do not recommmed this store u less u want to over pay for something u will not get

Their Pizza Is Delicious

Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas online, told me it would be ready in 20 min. I get there in 20 min and I'm told I'm 2nd in line to be made. I had to wait another 20 min. I get my order and one pizza is made wrong with regular crust. I take the wrong order back to the store and worker tells me, "we ran out of thin crust." I asked why didn't you tell me? He said you saw how busy we were. WTW!! No, it was not that busy. He would not refund my money for the wrong made pizza that I didn't ask for, I could only get a refund if I turned back in both pizzas. The correctly made pizza was at my house. He wanted me to go get it and bring both back to get a refund! He told me I could only get store credit. He informed me that they would just throw it away. He stated it was company policy. Wowwww!!! I've been eating there for years and I've NEVER been told that when it is their fault. I asked for the manager and was told he would be in tomorrow but would not give me his name nor the time that he would be there. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!

Definitely delicious pizza with a good balance of ingredients. Reason I say is some pizzas are saturated with sauce, or other ingredients that throws the flavor off. Recommend "easy on the sauce" will meet your taste. Definitely a "go to" for pizza pies. Wings need to be baked more for a crispy texture.

It's like subway but for pizza. It's hard to get help because they're understaffed

Thee very worst Marco’s I’ve ever went to.
I purchased two subs for my wife and I and the order came up to $41. Got home and both of our orders were all messed up. I wish I could give this Suffolk location zero stars. I could of went to Jersey Mikes smh ??‍♂️

I ordered some pizza online and when I went to the store to pick it up, it was everything I hoped for! The pizza was piping hot and incredibly fresh. It was an amazing experience!

Warning! If you’re not satisfied with your food they will not replace or remake. The manager had the nerve to tell me that it was a WASTE OF MONEY to replace my order and because I ordered online my order couldn’t not be replaced.
