Good always good.. they just don't like to tell you when there's a wait.. to me 25 mins but waited 45 mins

Pizza was good but the downfall for me was the wings and customer service.

We ordered from here tonight. I know it’s Halloween. But they very clearly forgot about our order. We ordered at 8:38 PM and our order is expected to arrive at 10:02. Will never order from here again. Horrible service. My pizza was only updated as “being picked up” after I received a notification email that my pizza was delivered and called Marcos to ask where exactly it was. Absolutely ridiculous

The so-called deluxe pizza was missing all the bell peppers and looked sloppily made — as if it was thrown together without any care or attention.
Can it still be called a “deluxe” pizza when the main vegetables are missing?

They also refused to provide the garlic sauce, saying they didn’t have any,
not sure if it was sold out or if they simply chose not to provide it.

As a regular customer, I’m extremely disappointed. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with this place.

Pizza and wings were good. That’s where the good ends. Ordered online through the app for delivery, was told it would be about 35 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes tried to call the store - got put on hold 15 minutes and no one ever came back. Called again - immediately hung up. Called the third time, talked to a manager who couldn’t care less. The only thing they could say was “I completely understand”. No apology. No attempt to make things right. This is the second time to have pretty much the exact experience. Overall terrible customer service, which if that’s how the manager responds, it’s no wonder why everything else is also bad. I don’t expect this review to change anything from the store, but just try to prevent others from having to deal with incompetence

The pizza was ok. For this area there are few good choices so at least it's better than most. Too expensive for the quality.

Received my delivery order, one pizza was undercooked and doughy. I called to let them know and asked for a refund for that specific pizza, the lady said no but we can remake it and deliver it. I asked what if it’s messed up again and she said “it won’t be, I’m making it.” Well, 30 minutes later, the pizza arrives…. Well done. Money wasted. See the difference between the two pics - the one up close is doughy and the second one is extremely well done with the crust burnt.

On a positive note, the delivery lady was super sweet and apologetic, even though she doesn’t make the pizza. We appreciated that.

Best pizza in Virginia

Marco’s in Suffolk on Sun Harbor was full of roaches and unsanitary. The employees were professional and cordial.

Ordered the pepperoni magnifico, it looks awesome in the commercial, what we got wouldn't even be considered double pepperoni. Not worth the trip or price.
