Thursday night visit. Restaurant wasn't crowded but it took about 45min for my takeout order. The bar guy was upfront about the delay which I appreciated.Ordered buffalo cauliflower (mediocre at best), fried catfish (definitely 10/10), collards (easy 8/10), tater tots (blah) and banana pudding (uncooked version but was fairly tasty and the portion was decent for the price). That fried fish was cooked to perfection, golden brown and seasoned very well. The slaw underneath was a great fresh addition. The collards were also cooked well...on the verge of over-salted but tasty nonetheless.Overall a decent takeout meal. I love that they stay open a little later since most other place close early.

I ordered some pork BBQ, macaroni and cheese, collards, coleslaw and pimento cheese for my dads birthday party. Everyone was raving about the food and asked me where I got it!! I felt it was affordable as well, will definitely be ordering again!
Ordered the brisket and the smoked wings. Brisket was completely dry and over cooked. Zero moisture. Dark liked it had been cooked twice. It was probably the worst I've ever had. The wings were completely dry and devoid of any flavor. You could taste smoke and that's it. No salt and no pepper. Collard greens were decent. I literally got barely a handful of fries. The fact that I paid $60 for this terrible meal was the icing on the cake. They got me once...never again

I Was told that they had the best ribs in town. So I went to have the ribs Collard greens and mac and cheese. The greens and Mac and cheese were great, but the ribs weren't what I expected. And it took 45 minutes to an hour for us to get our food.Little disappointed.

Went for dinner. Appetizers and sides are OK. The BBQ was dry, lukewarm, seriously lacking in smoke and flavor, and overall unenjoyable. Definitely felt like I didn't get my money's worth. Nice staff and service, but more bar than restaurant for sure.

I went here for lunch a couple months ago and the brisket was amazing! But today, the brisket was so tough we couldn't even bite through it. The pulled pork was pretty good, a little cold when it came out. BBQ sauce variety is decent and I love the Holland sauce.

Love my local place with friends and special people! Jeromy owner is above and beyond. He’s got it!!!Just experienced my first Oyster Roast at Masons and the experience was so easy and delicious. The prime moment was the homemade oyster Rockefeller sauce from a patrons private family recipe; it surprised me……Love My Oysters!! Thank you Jeromy, you and all your crew are awesome!!

Some family mentioned a couple of chain restaurants in the area so I asked them if they wanted to go to a chain or did they want to go somewhere that had some really good food? They were NOT disappointed !Thanks for a fantastic meal and Dawn was an amazing server!
