This third time I ordered a 5 dollar MCchicken meal I get charged $7.00 but then order is wrong I gets a fish sandwich on bun not what I order was the 5 dollar MCchicken meal ,try calling back no answer goes to fax machine no.answer at all I came.in drive thru.

Horrible! Ordered my food online at 1am get there and they ignore the speaker, the automated just keep repeating. Then I pull around and they say they closed . But since I placed my order they would make it . Made the food WRONG!? like wat in the world? How u close early cuz u feel like it

I have low expectations at McDonald’s but wow this place was horrible. Only two kiosks open on a busy weekend at lunch time and no employees taking orders or responding to customers at the counter. Bathrooms were disgusting the only toilet paper was a roll on the floor the sink wasn't working and no signs up to let customers know. Took 22 minutes to get two double cheeseburgers, a medium fry, and two drinks. One cheese burger was wrong and had toppings we had requested off and then we were brought two large soda cups after ordering a freeze. My only tip if you’re considering stopping here is don’t waste your time or money.

I have been there twice and both times the staff were absolutely wonderful. They were helpful and very friendly. The food was hot. The location is great as well.

Ordered a large iced caramel latte, kid handed me a hot coffee in the drive-thru. Told him what I ordered, he said i got you. Comes back with a cold cup, like a dummy i assume it's correct. They pretty much gave me someone's hot coffee on ice. Not a bit of caramel, the ice melted 2 min down highway. I would turn around but I got a 2 ¹/2 hr drive ahead of me. They need to train these kids better. There was a large order they tried to give me and the folks in front of me. How are they still working and don't know how to keep track of their orders? Stuck with a $5 hot coffee.

Just not a place I recommend for any type of service. Especially busy times and Especially not for late night Deliveries! Store has always lacked any customer service from managers to custodians.
I would give them no starts if I could. I took the drive through and they could barely hear me and messed up my drink it's really nbd but $9.62 for a small McChicken meal? Like come on. By the time I finally got around to paying at the first window the cash register ran out of cash 🙄 so I had to wait for them to refill it (15+ minutes at this point), I handed the worker a 20 and got 14 something in ones 🤔 I guess they do meth instead of math at McDonald's. I also received bonus nuggets with my meal, I ended up paying less for more food so I guess it's a win 🤷 idk I'll give McDonald's a chance every once and a while but every time it's a little worse, very disappointing.

My husband and I wanted McDonald’s and we haven’t been to this one in a while so we decided to try it today and I’m so glad we did. The food was hot and delicious. The service was excellent.. I would highly recommend this place.
