This McDonald's has had so many turnarounds so many c r e w s when it's good it's good but there always seems to be one or two on the crew that really don't understand about fixing people's food the right way
Ordered a large iced caramel latte, kid handed me a hot coffee in the drive-thru. Told him what I ordered, he said i got you. Comes back with a cold cup, like a dummy i assume it's correct. They pretty much gave me someone's hot coffee on ice. Not a bit of caramel, the ice melted 2 min down highway. I would turn around but I got a 2 ¹/2 hr drive ahead of me. Just not a place I recommend for any type of service. Especially busy times and Especially not for late night Deliveries! Store has always lacked any customer service from managers to custodians.
