Terrible service, visit about 10pm on 3/19/25. Drove to second drive through lane, waited ten minutes without a peep after the automated message while 4 cars went through the other lane. Drove around and went inside, nobody at register, girl running drive through window with red braids complained that someone wasnt at the front register and went back to ignoring me and one other customer there, to quote "where is what's her name? She has people up front." Walked out after another about ten minutes of waiting with no service given whatsoever. Absolute waste of time, decided not to waste money after so long waiting.

Went through the drive through this morning and felt compelled to write this review based off the amazing customer service from the breakfast crew this morning. It was extremely refreshing to be greeted and helped by multiple smiling and nice people. Excellent service.

I'm so tired of them complaining about their pay but don't work for it. I order a deluxe chicken with cheese and when I get home i have a piece of chicken with cheese no tomatoes or lettuce mayonnaise nothing. I'm so tired of not getting my orders right all the time and I pay for it

Our visit was messed up from the minute We hit the drive through trying to place. An order was very difficult set there for 5 minutes. While the girl was trying to get her headset to work. She finally got another set so that she could hear. Our order was for 3 sundays, 2 orders of fries and a happy meal. They got the entire order wrong, They didn't have the Sundays made, the fries were lukewarm, infact there were no fries in the happy meal. The topper on all this was the Sundays, they looked to be the size for a child or a sample size . The guy reaches out the store window with the 3 containers saying " We have no covers", we did not receive spoons nor napkins, I was like you have to be kidding, they weren't eating it in the car, FYI, by the time we arrived home there was ice cream all over the seat of my car. Worse service ever.

Everything was at point but we didn't get the BBQ sis for my grand babies nuggets. I've ordered twice from here and ask them to please not to forget the sauces and yep they forget again.

Sat in the drive through 5 min (no one else there) saying âhelloâ into the speaker. No response. Drive to the window. Employee looks right at me while stuffing fries in his mouth and walks away. Finally comes back opens the window and says yeah can you drive back around to the speaker please? There was no one else in line and I sat at the speaker for at least 5 min, youâve ignored me while you eat on the clock and now I need to drive around again? If this hadnât been a mobile order I had already paid for I would have just left. There is no such thing as customer service anymore :(

Food service is so slow it shames fast food. I ordered three items in the drive through with only one person ahead of me. I sat at the drive through for 13 minutes before I was told to pull up and wait. After I pulled up the customers behind me had to pull into the curbside pickup spots as well. However they started coming out with the peoples food who was behind me. This is actually the worst McDonaldâs and should be shut down and replaced by a company with better service. Itâs been over 30 minutes and I am still waiting about to head inside. Well I went inside and they had it ready just kept me waiting for no reason. Thank you so much McDonalds for your absolute poor customer service.
