Service was horrible, rude employees, they never have frappes because their employees always say their machine is “broken or not working” and then you see them laughing at the back, you have to wait for so long in drive thru too.

This used to the better McDonald’s compared to the one on North main St. But either they got lazy employees & an incompetent manager or they just don’t care about how they run their business. Oh well, the one in Main Street will do just fine.

So this evening I decided to get me and my family some McDonalds , we are not new to coming here. I was telling the guy taking my order how excited I was to get this Chicken wrap. As I got my food the guy gave me a stand off ish energy. I shrugged it off and went home. Excited to open my wrap I see a tiny piece of chicken .. I couldn’t believe it.. here’s a photo for proof. I am disappointed since I hadn’t had it in so long and for my first time to be like this.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Sat at the speak for 10 minutes nobody answering then the manager came to the window telling me if I can’t be patience I can go to another McDonald’s. Please hire new managers ASAP.

Slow, We sat in the drive thru in the 2nd lane while 4 vehicles went thru 1st lane & never had our order taken before we went inside, The kids were hangry by then. Would've tried another place. But the new traffic pattern in the area is a headache.

I purposefully pass two McDonalds closer to me just to come to this location. Their Customer service is on point consistently ! There are times when my order isn’t correct but can easily be overlooked when you are greeted , not once but twice with a smile and friendly attitude at the drive thru window. My kids and I have counted atleast 5 (very professional, friendly employees) at this location. Figuring it’s being run by a top notch manager(s) who have a standard for their employees.
There is a new McDonalds one minute from my house who needs to take a page out of your book.
This location stands out !

If I could give zero stars, I would, the worker was extremely rude. Shut the window on my face multiple times because she said they didn’t have my online order which they ended up having said they were having issues with them. I don’t understand as the customer why you need to be rude to me because your system has issues also didn’t give me any napkins and my burger was disgusting covered and catch up. Almost an edible. I understand they have a hard job but being rude to people isn’t going to make it easier.

They tried to pull the same bull shii on me here that they did in Franklin, trying to charge me for a McDouble instead of a regular Double cheeseburger and then claim a Double cheeseburger is not on the buy 1 get 1 for a Dollar on the menu like I can't read. I just drove away. Won't be going to this one again either. I went to the McDonald's near Main Street and they got it right. Smh I guess you can tell which McDonald's locations are ran by Con Artists managers and which ones aren't.

Ordered two egg mcmuffins. The muffins were not toasted, and it seemed straight from the package to the microwave and on to me the customer.

We ordered large and medium fries, instead they gave us medium & small which was fine as we went back to explain the confusion WITH A RECEIPT. But there’s a light skinned black lady employee with a short blonde wig that started complaining to the manager that we were wrong while I’m standing there with the receipt showing what we ordered. Eventually they gave us the right sizes but the customer service from that lady was abysmal. My question is why does McDonald’s knowingly hire anyone who wants to spar with customers?

It’s not even a race thing because I’m African American too, but this behavior needs to stop. I always go to chik fil A and they have high school kids serving who are always helpful & respectful. Why can’t McDonald’s follow that example? These behaviors are too common at McDonalds franchises, please don’t hire people without humility that always want to do everything else but serve the customer. Basic customer service should not be that difficult.

All the food was hot and fresh. Unfortunately we did not get drinks or condiments at the window before being pulled up. Nor did they bring them out with our food. We had to drive around and wait in line again to ask 2nd window for our drinks and condiments. The yes ma’am no ma’am was appreciated. Even though they never apologized for not giving us our drinks or condiments before we left the window.
