I haven’t been to a McDonalds in years this was a treat to get fries and a chocolate shake, a cheeseburger for my dogs. Unfortunately the Customer service was Bad, sarcastic sound to her voice. I was asked to talk louder, when I did, she replied, “you don’t need to be Rude” I wasn’t trying to be rude, how loud ? how would I know when she can and can’t hear ? I wasn’t trying shocked to get such a response from a voice on a speaker. The food was cold with an old texture

This location is hit or miss. I don’t see why they advertise that they’re open at 5:30am M-Th, when a lot of times they don’t open until after 6:00am.

This used to be a good McDonald's. It is not anymore. The food has been good but the service is unacceptable. The wait time is very long and I seldom find anyone in the store that genuinely wants to help customers. I do not recommend this location.

We went to the drive thru and tried to order the new daily double meal for $6. I say tried because the man taking the order argued with us the there was no such meal. We suggested he ask a manager. He was gone for a minute and then tried to ring it up as separate items making it $9. While he was trying to figure it out we said what sauce we wanted for the nuggets (they are part of the meal, as stated on the menu board) he then launched back into arguing with us that no nuggets came with the meal. We were done and said we no longer wanted anything and drove off.

Its gotten better, but just sending every car in the drive thru to a parking spot is ridiculous. Closing at 1055 instead of 11 is frustrating.
