The last few times visiting this location has been absolutely great. The young men and women at the drive thru are very efficient, accurate and personable. Food has been hot, fresh and accurate! Excellent customer service from the guy with the dread locks. What a pleasant surprise and complete revamping of the staff and it shows. Thank you!!!

Request for new happy meal toys released today before ordering and still got old toys. When I went back in they said they never received the new toys and the whole trip and 4 happy meals later was a waste of time with cold fries.

Very disappointed in my visit last night. My nuggets were cold, my burger was so hard and cold, and burnt...I couldn't even eat it. At least the sweet tea was halfway good. All I know is, times are too hard to be playing with people food. I wasted my money, and I want a refund. Spoiled my whole appetite......

Count your days McDonald’s on College Drive….. I’m 37 weeks pregnant… just came by for a simple large fry… you had to know that you didn’t even fill the fry halfway… not even close to half way… I love spending $5 on French fries but end up with a pit in my stomach and tears in my eyes because you don’t have the decency to fill up a large fry container at least half way.. I received it a quarter full… baby just wanted fries 😭 don’t mess with a heavily pregnant woman’s lunch… I wanna go back and just cause a scene because I’m so upset. I don’t that won’t fix anything and neither will this review but just wanted to say.. you ruined my day.

This McDonald’s never has sweet and sour sauce. Always gets orders wrong, food is cold, etc… I could go on and on. If you’re thinking about stopping here for fast food, DO NOT! You will be pissed that you wasted time. Definitely has poor management, and is a horrible representation of the McDonald’s brand.

This is the worse Mcdonalds ever! I rarely go to this one at all but since it was late I tried them out. I dont know what I was thinking. Who am I to think I could get my order hot and correct? Asking for two things like that is a stretch. For me and the wifie I just ordered her a fish combo and me just a spicy chixken sandwich PLAIN. Of course when I get home that nasty sauce is on it. I tried to call and complain and I let the phone ring 2 separate times for at least 5 minutes and nobody answered. Guess to many people working was on facebook. Get it together Mcdonalds!

This location has the best staff. When I go, they are polite and friendly. They seem efficient and usually work the line quickly. I’ve never had an incorrect order and their ice cream/frappe machines are never down which is its own miracle! My only baby complaint is that I wish the fries were a bit crisper. I’m not a soggy-fry kind of girl and hot salty fresh crispy fries and a coke really helps a migraine attack. Thanks for all y’all do College Dr!

I’m a pretty easy going person. Not hard to please & would much rather give a great rating than a bad. This was SO bad though, it needs attention. Someone else talked about a medium fry in a large container. Exactly what we got as well. There wasn’t someone at the front taking orders. The front area was full of people & nobody there to help any of us. The restaurant was a MESS! Garbage was everywhere & nothing was full. No lids, no straws, they had no sauces in the restaurant, except BBQ (not the worst thing), the drink area was dried up sticky syrup & a backed up drain. Did I mention garbage was everywhere?! We are never coming back!

I usually don’t ever have good luck with fast food places but I can at least say my food was hot, correct and my wait time at the drive-thru was decent. The politeness of the staff and willingness to help are a different story all together.

My order was ready by the time I got to the store, when I walked in I stood for about 5 minutes with no one acknowledging me. I tried to get someones attention but was ignored. After 10 minutes of employees and a manager actively avoiding eye contact and still refusing to acknowledge me, I kept saying excuse me towards the back, but was ignored completely. I had to flag down the gentleman who was cleaning around the store for him to check on my order and finally grab my order from behind the counter which was sitting there the whole time I was in the store. The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered and will never step foot back in this particular establishment again. Absolutely terrible service from every employee that chose to let me stand for over 10 minutes without asking if I needed help. The gentleman that was cleaning up was the only one to help and acknowledge me, and he apologized on behalf of the rest of the staff.
