Customer service is horrible. The young lady at the drive thru handing me my food had a horrible attitude because I told her I think I am missing my drinks. She looked at me rolled her eyes and said I am going to hand it to you with a horrible attitude.

Waited 30 mins for Carmel frappe. Staff saw me waiting at register to ask for drink. Too busy dancing in the back area and ignoring customers.

Worst hamburger I ever had! No condiments! Mustard, a little yellow smear! Ketchup, the same! Diced onion, I literally counted 4 bits of onion! PLUS, they shorted me a hamburger! I'm over fast food crap holes!!!! Exorbitant pricing while quality and service go way down!!!!!

Every time I go here something is wrong with my order.
Generally the food is good. As always, the fries can run the spectrum from awesome to I wish I'd skip them. Please include napkins and condiments in each order. We don't need 20 ketchup though. Use the McDonald's app, you get a deal daily. And if you order a quarter pounder, it'll take a tad longer but they're worth it.
