Worst Mcdonald's in suffolk, The employees move like turtles and dont speak, my food is always either wrong, cold, or just outright nasty, and they have horrible service. Could’ve given that spot to another restaurant.

Drive thru is a bit slow but it moves faster than when you order inside. I think this particular restaurant is designed with drive thru service in mind only.

I know that we trying out this “get rid of employees” type mentality but we can’t do this ….this exact location has a 4 kiosk type machine that you can order from nobody working the front register for if something happens and like 2 cooks I watched people walk into the back grabbing there food because they were overloaded and not enough employees to man all positions this is scary because once customers become aware of your lack of production it becomes very frustrating and they lash out please put employees back in your establishment I would hate to see like a looting type scenario They even had one of those two employees say to a customer not my department….. how there is two of you made no sense at all and mind you this there were at least 15 people in lobby waiting for food
The WORST Mcdonald’s I have ever been to. Manager Melanie is the most stuck up and rude person I think i’ve ever encountered. Just because you hate your job and barely make anything doing it, doesn’t mean you can treat people like they are less than you. The food is usually gross or they make your order wrong. Definitely will never be back ever again :)

Ordered a steak, egg and cheese bage meal. The bagel was old and stiff it had been sitting for a while. Trashed it. I guess I have to stop buying breakfast again.

When this place first opened (like 2 weeks in) it was good and friendly customer service. They just need to go ahead and shut this down. Rude customer service, especially drive thru. Got to be SPS educated (by the way they count change) and undisciplined by parents,coaches, teachers, etc......just every one failed these kids.

Cold food, slow service, attitude from employees. This has got to be the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I see why it has a 1.9 rating. Owners need to come in and clean house, just terrible!!!!!! My son a collegiate athlete, wouldn’t finish his food, that’s saying a lot.

This establishment is new; however, I believe a hard reset is in order to address customer service, management and prioritization of orders, and food prep/delivery. Training is definitely needed.
In my 4-5 visits to this location, I've never been greeted at window, my order has never been hot (including the fries), there is always a wait for mobile orders (a lengthy wait), and something is always missing (a straw for drinks, napkins, etc.).
I gave up on the food, but thought ordering a coffee would be quick and seamless. Nope! It was mobile order that I waited in the drive thru line for about 10 mins, then had tob pullover and wait in the curbside space and there still was a lengthy wait. Yes, I had to ask for a straw for my iced caramel coffee.
I hope a solution to resolve their issues are in the near future.

Best McDonald’s experience ever. I know the location is new and I really hope it keeps it up but hands down, the quickest service, the freshest & hottest food and extremely friendly staff. Great job, guys!!

Compared to other states, employees clean the toilets regularly.
The service here is TERRIBLE Went in around lunch and several people who were already waiting had been waiting for 40 minutes. The only person I saw working was a boy who'd only been there 3 days and was trying really hard to keep up. He said his name was Q but he was working harder than the manager and was the only one who seemed to be interested in the large number of people waiting at the counter for their food.

As a new store they are eager to have the freshest food. The 🍟 are the best and I recommend the quarter pounder if you want a real meat burger. Service can vary depending on staff.
