I am a regular customer who typically orders from your Chesapeake branch, where the quality is consistently excellent. Unfortunately, my experience today with the Suffolk location fell far below the standards I’ve come to expect.
I ordered my usual steak bowl, which is typically flavorful and well-prepared. However, the meat in today’s order was completely inedible. The steak was dry, powdery, and crumbled apart the moment I bit into it. It had a strange greasy coating on the outside, and when I attempted to inspect other pieces, they disintegrated in the same way. I was forced to spit it out immediately due to the unpleasant texture and taste.
This was not just a disappointing meal—it was an unacceptable experience that reflects poorly on your brand. Whatever occurred in the Suffolk kitchen today needs to be addressed urgently. The contrast in quality between your Chesapeake and Suffolk locations is stark, and I sincerely hope you take steps to ensure consistency across all branches.

Received uncooked food . Do not recommend going to this location . Considered a health hazard. I ordered Croissant French Toast and this is what I received . Called to speak with manager and she was very rude about the situation. Regardless who delivered the food the restaurant still sent out raw food . I wasn’t asking for a refund , I just wanted my food remade . This is completely disgusting and unprofessional .
The food was absolutely horrible. Half of my hash browns weren’t cooked. Never worse than eating raw potatoes. Never eating there again

Always good service and good food when we come here. I have the poached egg Benedict with fried chicken and home friends and it was great!! Good portion size … I had to bring half of it home!! My partner tried a breakfast bowl with steak and it was perfectly cooked. Don’t forget the orange crush!
