My husband and I have been frequenting Metro diner in recent months, At least on a weekly basis for breakfast, we really enjoy the food. Tonight we decided to dine for dinner, our server was horrible ! She had such a terrible attitude and had zero customer service skills, not sure if she was having an off night or if that’s how she is all the time.

The radio/playlist was oppressively loud! So loud it was hard to concentrate enough to read the menu or have a conversation! The nice waitress turned down “one notch” but said the owner was there and wouldn’t let them turn it down any more…
If they develop a low volume/no volume area maybe we’ll return however, because the food was Excellent!!!
If you are used to (and can put up with) beating your head against the wall or vice-versa, drop by for a delicious meal…

Wonderful Service. Food delicious, hot and the Service was excellent. It was Sunday we had a 20 minute wait, however it was well worth the wait. I had the chicken and waffles. Cons: Floor was very slippery. I and another guest almost fell and I had a cane 🙃 It seemed as though it was mopped with a greasy mop. The entire floor was slippery. I left through the back door because I was frightened about falling.
