They don't speak to customers. Not very friendly. They're food is delicious, but they only give small amounts, they seem to not like you asking for more.. Not understanding if I ask for a bowl, I don't want to pay for a half full..

Avoid this location. They mess up your order 10/10 times. And if you contact customer service online, they don’t respond. You guys owe me at least ten bags of pita chips!

I wonder what's going on with them having raw products nearby the cup area, and are they using Walmart product chicken or or did somebody personally brought their own product to cook to the establishment

I do wish I was understood a bit better than I am. One time the bathroom was out of toilet paper and they didn't understand what I was saying. It was awkward repeating it. If anything, have a way to say that "hold on, let me get you (the manager, etc)"
Every time I order pickup it's never on the shelf that it's supposed to be on. I have to walk to the register to get it and sometimes there's a long line. It's also ready 10 minutes after I've been told the pickup time. This has happened 3 times in a row.
Other than those couple things, I love the food and the fact there's no seed oil.

Not much customer service, not bad customer service… just not any at all really. HOWEVER, I have never tried Mezah or Mediterranean food at all, and I really liked it!!! I got a vegan friendly bowl with falafel. The falafel was pretty dry, but everything else was very flavorful and I particularly enjoyed the pickled onions. I used the cilantro dressing… I was a little sad to find out it had 292 calories… I would have left it off if I had known that. I will go back to Mezeh though!

I ordered a Gyro via Uber Eats. It was AMAZING! The meat was real lamb meat, the tzatziki sauce was perfection, and the portion was so huge it took me two days to finish it! I can’t wait to dine-in!
This was our first time visiting any Mezeh restaurant. We were looking for healthier alternatives for lunch that weren't doused in added sodium. It was tough to decide which meal to go with, as all options looked very good. We ended up with the "Chicken Chicken" bowl for me and the "Shredded Lamb Bowl" for my wife. We thoroughly enjoyed both, as well as the refreshing drink options. The bowls definitely filled us up more than expected. I'm not gonna knock them for the prices, but just know the food here is a bit pricey.

Great food but tray return area has numerous fruit flies swarming. Gives the restaurant an unclean feeling. It must be corrected if I am to return there to dine again. I visited today and the server was nasty. I don’t think the server like black people. I am done with Mezeh.
