Placed mobile order for 1 pizza @4:15pm, arrived at 4:45pm, left with pizza @5:15, the service was bad and it should not take that long to wait on a pizza. People were coming in and getting their food but every time I asked if they were making, they said it was already in the oven.

If you are looking for the WORST PIZZA of your life, search no more! You’ll find it here! Ordered 3 pizzas and all three were half crust with all the ingredients piled up in the middle. Ya’ll need to take a course in “basic pizza construction”. Ridiculous excuse for food. Not only were all three pizzas horrible, they were missing ingredients that we requested. I can honestly say, I’ll never to return to ANY Mod Pizza ever.

disappointed, where can I get a NY style, tossed dough pizza ? Smallest M pizza I’ve ever seen ! Over $13 for a tiny pizza. Atmosphere is just like a mall food court. Taste is just“ok”, no homemade crust flavor i thought Mods made but it will do.

Did you know unlimited topping doesn’t include cheese? Well at this location they do not want to give you more than 1 scoop of cheese. I asked for more and they said they are only allowed one scoop and at the end after you do all your toppings they can sprinkle on a little more. Said it was the stores policy and cheese wasn’t a topping. Also got some cheese sticks my party had already completed their pizzas before those were even ready. The kicker we were the only customers in the store.
I walked in and was not greeted, 3 people working and 2 were visibly high. The counter where they make the pizza was completely disgusting with toppings all the way down and no effort was made to clean it up before they started my order. I’ve been to many Mod locations as I love the pizza but this one needs a lot of work. Every single station needs to be cleaned it’s very very messy. The staff did not smile and was not friendly. Tables were dirty, they were out of lids and very disorganized. I’m in disbelief of how bad this location is compared to other Mods in the area.

This location is egregiously slow. I get fooled every time thinking it will be quick because there is only one person ahead of me, then I end up waiting 15 minutes to place my order.

I had an amazing experience at the Harbor View Mods. Don was an amazing server and was very friendly and provided an excellent experience. I had created my own pizza and I loved it.
