I had the greatest experience at mods pizza with gurls… I pre warned that I was going to go crazy with my order per my diet restriction Sam jade and Trent was top tier customer service they are so helpful and friendly and made my experience so much better I will most definitely recommend this place and don’t forget to go crazy!!!

Tried to walk inside & place an order at 8:30pm. Website and google say they close at 10, but the employees refused to take my order. There’s no sign on the door for early closure, it’s not a holiday. There’s no reason to stop taking orders an hour and a half before they close.This isn’t the first time this location has been a disappointment, and it’s sad because I do think there are *some* positive employees, but it seems to be few and far between.

The pizza is decent but please do not order online. There is 0 priority or any kind of queue system. I stood there for 1 hour waiting for my pizzas while I watched 25 people in line get their pizzas, eat and leave. What’s the point of ordering online when I can just walk in and get a pizza much quicker?? Save yourself any headache and get superior service and pizza around the corner at Bella Napoli. Your pizza is ready within 10 min of ordering.

Walked in with two in front of me, it took 24 minutes to get my pizza made. I have never seen a group of people move this slowly. I am a patient person but was beyond slow. I cant imagine what there going to do when they actually get busy. I will not be coming back.

My family and I were second in line when we walked in. We walked out 55 minutes later with no pizza. People who had ordered before us got their pizza (in 30/45 minutes, but at least they got theirs). Other customers were complaining about the lack of organization about whose pizza went in the oven when. When we asked for a refund, the manager was too disorganized to timely locate the order and refund us. We will have to challenge through our credit card company and will never return. When fine dining would take less time to cook, then “fast food” isn’t worth it.

This location is pretty understaffed, and it's usually pretty busy, wich isn't their fault but when they're rushing to get like 30 orders out and people have been waiting in line for like an hour there's not really anyone to clean up so it is a little dirty in their kitchen, the people who were there when I went were very nice tho, they're very rushed during service though and it shows, I did an online order and waited 40 minutes for it because there was just such a crowd. Pretty good place though, if there was like a third person working to help them break things out, get the dough ready, work the register, and sweep the flour and cheese up from around the oven when theres a rush there'd probably be nobody complaining. The guy I talked to who was working there was doing like 10 things at once.

I'm really sad to leave this because the good is great especially if you want gluten free pizza. But the last few months they have been so under staffed it takes forever. Tonight we ordered online and the pizza wasn't ready until 45 minutes after it was due, and no one even apologized for the wait. I feel bad for the staff because most of them are really nice, but they just don't have enough people. They were great for a while with a consistent team, but I haven't seen any of those faces in a while
