Customer Service was good but unfortunately I found a piece of hair in my bowl which that was a bummer. Don’t mind coming back because of the service but won’t be getting the bowl again no time soon just another meal instead.
What a disappointment! Used to eat here all the time a few years ago, food use to be hot and delicious. I got the nachos today and was throughly disappointed. Steak was bland and tasted like cheap quality, and the size has probably decreased by a third, while costing quite a bit more. I honestly thought they gave us kids size. Also, by the time I paid and got to my seat, maybe 30-45 second, all our food was cold. For what I paid I'd rather go to one of the Mexican restaurants and get a hot and tastier meal. What a shame!

You would expect a better experience when paying 12-14 dollars for a burrito. One of the orders was wrong (left off the steak but still charged me for it), the quesadilla didn't have much cheese, so it was falling apart, and everything in general was just ok. The young lady with red hair was nice, though.

SPEACH LESS! Great staff and nice restaurant, kids eat free on sundays, so if you get an adult meal you get a free kids meal, until your child is 12 very good, kids meals are very filling,

Does anyone know how to use a tortilla press? Because what I have seen, no one does there. Food has no taste or seasoning

Food is hardly cooked (soggy tortillas), falling out of their half assed wrapping. Heavy food items jammed in on top of the chips. Super super slow to get the order. Not a good Moe's. Will not go there again.

Food acceptable but online order significantly incomplete. Additionally, this Moes refused to provide a receipt for drinks purchased after arriving. If you go, watch them closely. Do not order online and then trust them to fill the order.

Customer service is not good staff seems a bit snobby IMO , food was meh. The queso dip is the best thing they got going. Also has a small fly problem. Won't take much to fix these problems but they need to be fixed. Hopefully my next visit is better

Ordered a adobo chicken burrito with no rice for i didn't want a rice burrito. There were two pieces the size of a quarter each within. Should've ordered a vegetable burrito. What a rip off. Taco Bell would've seemed more appealing. No more.

Ordered my food on line said I would been ready at 7:30 waited over 30 minutes for my food to still be made. Got no updates on what we we're waiting on. overall poor experience and not the first time this has happened.
