Went on the National Burrito Day, which was BOGO. Customer service was awful didn't even ask how I wanted my second Burrito didn't even put chips in my bag until I asked about it. Clearly the were not there to promote business. By far that was the worst Burrito I ever had from there last one wasn't great but I decided to go back anyways.

This location is super clean, and the fridge was extra fresh! We used to eat at the Norfolk location and the Suffolk restaurant has us completely impressed. Staff was friendly and professional. A great experience all around!!

It does not state 1 person for a $5 burrito or bowl on the Facebook post or signs but told in person I was trying too order food me and my Fiancé as a date night and get told 1 per customer when it does not say it at all i would love to here from the manager or representative for the area cause in my 15 years of going to different moes I have never been miss treated with my family especially when it came to school functions never had issues

I have been going here for the last two days and all of the staff were helpful. They were all in their own worlds, smiling, wiping down and preparing online orders. The small conversation was nice while pointing out what I wanted. Both times I was informed about the re-opening and given the best customer service I could ask for. It’s always so peaceful and well kept here. My past experiences were pleasant as well. Keep up the great work guys!
